Update:10-01-2012
Hi there.. I have a very nice Catalina 22. She has very nice sails - 1 main and one Jib with and awesome roller furling. The pictures below are accurate. I do not have cushions for the inside nor have I ever needed them. The engine in the photos is not included. I do have a nice 5HP Mercury (the same as a Tohatsu), which I can sell if you are interested and that engine has a new prop - a few months old and I am currently using it on the sailboat. All of her blocks are in great shape and they are not cheap ones - as a matter of fact quite frequently I'm getting offers or trades for these blocks. All of her ropes are in fantastic shape. Her trailer is a custom made trailer with a 4-5 foot (somewhere near that length) adjustable tongue. I can post more photos or send you photos of her interior. Her keel is adjustable - approx 2' up and 5' down. All new rigging - less than one year old. I did not replace the backstay rigging (did not need it), but I still have that new in the bag. When I replaced the rigging I updated her spreader brackets to new stainless steel from Catalina direct, so they are new too. The bottom paint was done last year approx Feb.
Please ask any questions and I will get back to you. I will be adding more information about her as the days go by..
The price is relatively firm, but I can negotiate a little. She is in the water and has a slip, so you are more than welcome to see her upon request. I love this boat - maintenance free and if your looking for a C22 you will love her too! My professional sailor friend likes her a lot. I can be reached at 904.672.6291 |

The Keel is just over a year old, so it's almost new and in great shape!
Update: I backed out all screws and resealed them with 3M sealant. The reason was - I was seeking a water drip and come to find out it wasn't any of the screws.. It was one window leaking, so I corrected that too. It's kind of funny looking back, but I can say she doesn't leak anything now! HA HA.. And, it wasn't a major leak, but enough to aggravate me :-). Also, she has NO soft spots anywhere just so you know! Also, I have a stainless steel swim ladder and she is need of a top coat paint which I am considering doing here soon..
