Sails:
Mainsail is original but in good shape Headsail serviceable. A new sail is available just needs to be picked up. No spinnaker but spinnaker pole is on the boat.

Engine:
Universail M25XP Motor is extremely clean and runs excellent. It leaks/uses NO oil. It has been well taken care of. Oil and fuel filters were just changed, replaced the impeller in June.

Interior:
Interior is in great shape. Clean and well cared for. Stove/oven & hot water work well. Scuffed floors but an easy fix!

Hull:
Fresh Bottom Paint 11/2011 Buffed and waxed 11/2011. When I installed the new nav lights I found out just how thick the transom was, I never would have guessed it was over an inch thick!!! She's strong, sturdy and well built that is for sure. I had a diver scrape the prop a 2 wks ago and he was amazed at how clean the hull looked. No blister!

I was on my way south to Florida and beyond with this Catalina and found a deal I just couldn't pass up so someone is going to get an amazing deal on this boat!
