Maintenance: Bottom paint done May 2012, $3,100 should be done every 3 or 4 years, Bottom cleaning, every 3 months, Electrical, all in good shape, Hardware, all in good shape, Rigging, all in good shape, Canvas should be replaced soon- 2 Biminis, mainsail cover and wheel cover, Lines, half are new or in good shape the other half are about 50%, Sails, good but need cleaning, Fees if you want to keep her at Corpus Christi Marina, 400A N Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78401 pier- B, slip-17 slip fee, $220 monthly, electricity, $40 monthly, insurance, $400 yearly, Boatus towing, $160 yearly.
