Let me start off by saying I love this boat! I’m parting ways is because I decided to enter into a partnership on another sailboat. Over the three years owning Ragazza, I spent a good amount of time giving her the upgrades she deserved adding creature comforts to make her the perfect day sailor/overnighter. Bill Shaw Designed the Pearson 26, A well-known boat builder who took great pride in designing his boats. The Pearson 26 is a perfect example of his craftsmanship. With her swept back keel and rudder she turns on a dime and has very little weather helm. Ragazza is comfortable at all points of sail. She was fitted with inside jib blocks giving her even better pointing ability then her kin. With almost 6000lbs of displacement she is a comfortable ride but still retains her speed. We’ve had her humming along at 7knots many a time and her ample 8 Horse Honda, three blade prop pushes her up to the same speed while motoring. From 1970 to 1983 something like 2000 were built. Ragazza has the benefit of being at the end of the production run receiving many of the improvements experience imparted upon its builders through its production run. - Full Batten Main, two sets of reef points, re-stitched 2011 Stored indoors during winters.
- Main has jiffy reefing rigged.

- Roller furling 110 Cruising sail with sunbrella fabric sown in, matching the Sail Cover.
Rigging:
- All standing rigging inspected beginning 2012 by skipper buds all in good order.
- All running rigging is good order.
- Main Sheet rigged at back of boom 4:1 easy to manage while single handing.
- Winches are in great shape and come with matching canvas covers.
- Jib Sheet blocks mounted on deck near cabin top increase Pointing ability.
- Topping lift keeps boom out of your way then setting and lowering the main.
Cabin:
- New Teak companion way boards 2010

Electronics:
- Stereo with cockpit and cabin speakers.
- VHF Radio.
- Running lights, steaming light, cockpit light, compass light, cabin lighting.
- RayMarine ST1000 auto pilot added 2010.
- 800 watt inverter can run any 110v appliance, also has built-in USB charger.
- New breaker panel added everything re-wired and all wiring labeled at same time.
- Added room for expansion of new electric accessories 2011.
- Added second battery box 2010

- Two Group 24 deep cycle batteries added 2010.
Hull:
- Through Hulls, All bronze working double clamped.
- All teak topside and below refinished 2011.
- Tiller refinished 2012.
- New VC17 bottom pain spring 2012 boat has not splashed since.
- Top side cleaned and waxed looks like new.
- Manual Bilge pump mounted in cockpit.
- Electric Bilge pump with manual and auto switch wired at breaker panel.
- Rudder housing was checked and in good order.
- Anchor with chain and 120 feet of rope.
Extras:
- Canvas full boat cover slightly worn at some contact points will need some maintenance patching.
- 4 fenders including matching Fender covers.
