| Description: |
This is a very versatile Sandpiper sailboat that I have been able to use for 3 main purposes.
1 - As an easy to handle sailboat.
2 - As a fishing boat with enough storage for food, fish and beer. Fish, toss the anchor, enjoy a few cold ones (all legal equipment to drink is on board) and crash out. Perfect trolling boat with shallow draft.
3 - Temporary shelter. Some days we drove all the way to camp and it was too rough to cross the water. No problem. Relax in the cabin, out of the weather. Have a snooze, play some games... wait it out.
Why am I selling?
This boat is too large for my family/cottage. As such, I am willing to take a smaller sailboat (hobie, laser, cl) or would even consider a kayak/canoe/sailboard/motorboat as a partial trade for this boat. (Those are the only trades I would consider, no larger sailboats) |
