Description: 20% OFF SALE - 1 MONTH ONLY! UNDER $20K.

I've dropped the price by 20% to try to move this beauty before winter. Truly a deal at this price.

1970 Allied Seabreeze Citation sloop in good sailing and cruising condition.

This has been our family cruising vacation boat since 1996 and has been sailed exclusively up and down the Maine coast since. Small enough to single hand, big enough for our entire family... all six of us and the dog (though, realistically, that was tight quarters and only worked when the kids were younger. Nonetheless, she does have 2 doubles and 2 single berths.

We've kept her in good condition for sailing, made repairs and upgrades along the way. Certainly there's plenty you could do to make her a show piece, but she does fine as is and is priced well below recently appraised value.

Documented, currently in my driveway
