Description: "Fast Company" is a semi-custom performance cruiser designed by naval architects Graham & Schlageter of Chicago, Illinois and built by S2 Yachts Inc. of Holland, Michigan, U. S. A. The vessel is hull 9 of 35, includes the options of a deep draft keel and moulded-in swim-platform. All lines lead to the cockpit which makes for ease of single-handling. Numerous blogs will attest to the design agility, sea-keeping ability and spaciousness below decks. The aft cabin features a full-size queen bed, settee and a cedar-lined hanging lighting. Upholstery, carlocker. The forward cabin has a pullman-style berth which can be converted into a full V-berth. "Fast Company" has ample stowage space both on and below decks and is well equipped for living aboard with air conditioning, a diesel furnace and AC lighting. Upholstery, Carpeting and teak cabinetry/sole are in pristine condition, lovingly maintained. Seller is motivated by a growing family and although the vessel has seen many upgrades, has priced this vessel at its median market value (from 2011 survey- which also attests to a dry and sound hull).
