Description: The Hunter 42 Passage is one of the most popular and comfortable live aboard and coastal/Caribbean cruising sailboats ever designed. With a spacious salon, fully equipped propane galley with separate chest freezer and dual opening refrigerator, 6-foot 6-inch headroom throughout, aft master cabin with walk-around queen bed and couch with vanity, large forward V-berth with closet and cabinet shelf storage, amazing interior stowage throughout, center cockpit design with fast hull shape and shoal depth winged keel, Northern Lights 7 KW 30/50 amp diesel generator with wet exhaust, and turbo-charged Yanmar diesel make this a very desirable sailboat.

All stainless B&R standing rigging was replaced in 2011, Doyle sails new in 2008 and lightly used since then, equipped with raw water anchor and deck wash, in-mast mail sail furling from cockpit, 130% genoa self furling from cockpit, and inner foresail ("yankee cut") semi-cutter fractional rig, added single backstay with SSB isolated antenna, and Manson Supreme anchor.

Bottom was blasted, barrier sealed and coated with three layers of bottom paint in 2011, sanded and ablative painted again in 2013 with no blisters evident in either bottom job. Max variable prop with sound drive bearings and zIncs. Custom winter/sun cover of heavy canvas for complete weather decks.
