30' Catalina 30

We have available a 1/3 share of a wonderful 1980 Catalina 30. Why buy a whole boat and pay for all the moorage and maintenance yourself? Most boats sit in their slip unused and in need of maintenance, mostly from their owners not using and neglecting them. A partnership is the solution. You get 0 of the joys of owning a boat, but with only 1/3 of the cost. The boat is ready to cruise the San Juan and Gulf Islands and is currently moored in Anacortes, WA. It is well provisioned and comes with an accompanying Livingston dingy and 6hp outboard motor. The boat has been successfully owned in partnership by three gentlemen for the past 30 years and has been maintained throughout it's life. It's powered by a 19hp Universal engine that is extremely economical, using 1/4 gallon an hour. Newer upholstery make the cabin feel very cozy. Comes with a variety of sails (Main, two jib sails, and a drifter/reacher) all in good shape. The cabin has a propane 3 burner stove with full oven. Electronics include VHF radio, depth sounder, knot meter, AM/FM stereo and CD player, Main sail has reefing points and a lazy jack system for quickly dropping the sail.
