A Raymond Hunt design, the 28 features solid-fiberglass construction, fiberglass cabin sole, 10'3" of beam, 6' of headroom, 4'6" of draft, and a displacement of 7,300 lbs. The galley offers a gimbaled 2-burner alcohol stove, top-loading ice box, stainless steel sink with pressure cold water system with 20 gallon tank, and ample counter and storage space. The main cabin offers a full-length settee to port that sleeps one, a full-length settee to starboard that sleeps one, folding double-leaf dinette table, a navigation/chart table with storage below, 12v lighting, 4 fixed ports and very ample storage below and above the settee seatbacks. Forward is a large V-berth double that sleeps 2 with an overhead deck hatch. Just aft is a private head with sink and vanity, marine head with holding tank, sink with vanity, hanging wet locker, 2 opening ports, and teak privacy doors. Aft to starboard, there is a wide quarter berth for additional accommodations and/or storage. |
