"Dog Watch" has undergone significant life cycle maintenance over the last 36 months. I originally purchased her for dual use racing (PHRF-NE) and cruising, and have spent a great deal of time and money upgrading her for another 10 years of reliable service. Unfortunately, my work has taken me out of state, and our new home is better suited to a power boat.
Much of the equipment she is sold with is in "new, never used" condition.
A non-conclusive list of major work and upgrades acomplished during my ownership is provided:

- Deck non skid refinished with Kiwi Grip (2017)
- Rebuilt fuel injectors (2017)
- Hull farrow-blasted, faired and barrier coated (2016)
- Keel & rudder templated, faired and barrier coated (2016)
- New racing sails (North Atlantic aramid), never used (2016)
- New primary winches, 46ST, never used (2016)
- New halyards & control lines (2015)
- New opening ports (2015)
- Refinished cabin sole (2015)
- Rebuilt mast partners, custom welded SS plate and collar (2014)
- Spartite mast chocking (2014)
- New electrical system, including all marine grade wiring, epoxy shrink connectors (2014)
- Mast wiring renewed, protected in conduit.
- New 12VDC service panel, digital voltmeter and load measuring shunt (2014)
- New LED lighting (2014)
- New Airmar/Raymarine transducers (2014)
- New Raymarine instrument displays - i50 (2), i60 (1), i70 (1) & iTC-5 (2014)
- Raymarine CW90 multifunction display (2014)
- Repaired damaged deck coring in cabin top (2014)
