Description:

“The Ranger 28: Ferrari or Maserati of the water” as described by Ted Brewer in the September/October 2006 issue of Good Old Boat magazine. Of what amounts to a refit in advance of sailing the boat to Veracruz, Mexico during the 2006 summer. Upgrades include replacing all (5) seacocks and through-hulls; life lines; cutless bearing; running rigging; exhaust elbow; new BottomSider cockpit cushions; and more. Additional: Will deliver to any Texas Port. The boat originally had an Atomic 4 gas engine and was re-powered with a 1991 3M-20 Universal Westerbeke diesel in 1992. Both fresh (plus spare) and raw water pumps were replaced in 2006.
