Dream Maker is up for sale and looking for a new owner to take on their dream holiday.
Dream Maker has served us for 10 years but it is now time to let her go.
Dream maker is a 14.3 mtrs (47ft) with a beam of 4.2 mtrs and draft of 2.2mtrs. She is a very stable and sea worthy vessel. Designed by Australian naval architect Phil Curran she was built in Perth with aluminium construction and launched in 1986.
She is of Ketch design with a clipper bow, centre cockpit. She has all the equipment that you would expect a sea going sailing ketch should have with many extras to make life that little bit more comfortable.
Sails, Pro furl Furling Genoa, self-tacking stay sail, main and mizzen. There is also a new stay sail and mizzen sail. All sails are in excellent condition. For those downwind runs there is an MPS
She is at present sitting in Sabah Borneo waiting to take her new owners anywhere they want to go. |

Navigation Electronics—Furuno MDF8 chart plotter, Full FI50 gauge set consisting of 3 separate LCD displays showing , Wind, Depth, Speed and a variety of other information from the smart sensors that are connected.
Computer navigation software consists of Maxsea Time Zero Explorer for 2 laptops with full electronic charting for Southern Asia and Western Pacific.
Steering – Computerised Furuno Hydraulic with LCD display and controller in cockpit.
Communications – Only the best here! We start with Icom VHF with second full function hand set in the cockpit. For long distant calling and email there’s no better that Icom 802 HF coupled with high speed Practor V4 modem.
Engine –Yanmar 50hp diesel
There is an Australian made Bareboat 3 mtr inflatable with 18hp Tohatsu and a 5hp Honda outboard, 120ltr per hour water maker, 3000W and 600W 240v invertors, 12/240v fridge and freezer, 8 x 120amp AGM batteries, 3 x 140W, 2 x 150W solar panels with separate regulators, Panasonic 42” 3D LED smart tv, 8 x scuba tank, minimum 3 sets of scuba gear plus spares, 6 person Life Raft, 2 x Kayaks and the list goes on and on.
