Description: 34 San Juan 1985 - Comfortable cruiser/racer; relaxing interior, 63 headroom; efficient deck, Harken winches, traveler, and roller furler; wheel steer, Yanmar diesel, barrier coated. 2nd owners since 1998. Sleeps six in two cabins. Custom rust and beige tweed fabric cushions, teak interior. Aft to starboard is a quarter berth and chart table. Across to port is L-shaped galley with 3 burner propane stove/oven, ice box, stainless steel sink with pressure water and manual foot pump water. Main cabin has settee to port, centerline teak dining table with folding leaves, L-shaped settee to starboard. Head is starboard and hanging locker to port. V-berth is forward. 6 3 headroom in main cabin.

LOA: 33 10, LWL: 27 11, Beam: 10 11, Draft: 5 11, Ballast: 4,800 lbs, Displacement: 10,500 lbs.

1998 refit:
All bottom paint and fairing compound removed, stripped to gel coat, sanded, barrier coated with Interprotect 2000 (6 coats), keel stripped to lead then barrier coated with Interprotect 2000. Pettit ACP-50 ablative antifouling paint.
Rebed all deck fittings and lifeline stanchions and added backing plates.
Complete replacement of all sail handling hardware with new Harken winches, blocks, mainsheet traveler, outhaul, genoa cars, and spinlock XT powerclutches rope clutches. All lines led to cockpit.
New binnacle compass, installed cockpit shower.

2006 refit:
Complete replacement of all thru hull fittings, seacocks, hose clamps and hoses (exhaust, fuel, water, bilge pump, cockpit and locker drain hoses).
Replaced battery cables and cables to electric panel. Galvanic isolator, GFI electric outlets installed.
Mast step rebuilt, new teak and holly cabin sole.
replaced coaxial antenna line, replaced wiring for masthead and steaming lights, replaced mast head light. New Groco head and holding tank (not yet installed).

Sails: Main (full batten with roach) and 140 genoa: Ullman/Skelley Sails 1999
Engine: Yanmar diesel: 3GMF; 23 HP continuous rating
Tankage: water 50 gallons; fuel 22 gallons.
Electrical: two group 27 batteries with battery switch, Newmar 15 amp Battery charger, shore power cord, cabin lights, masthead tricolor and anchor lights, bow navigation lights, stern anchor light. Two depth finders (port and stbd mounted transducers) so that one always reads correctly when heeled.

Anchor well, bow roller, anchor chain holders to secure anchor in roller when sailing
Anchor: Danforth Deep Set II T-2500, with chain and rode.
