Description: This beautifully built and maintained strong seaworthy SA St Francis 44ft Mark II "owners version" catamaran with LOA: 44’; Beam 23’6”; Bridge Clearance 62’; 3'6"draft is currently in St Thomas and will be sailing to St Maarten - Antigua - Guadeloupe - Martinique - St Lucia end of Feb.- St Vincent mid March and then Grenada beg. April 2018.

She was designed by Angelo Lavranos & custom made in SA in 2004 then sailed to the Bahamas by the 1st owners. She spent 4 years there serving as a floating condo.

The 2nd owner purchased her in 2008 with 500 hours on the engines, which had been mostly for battery charging and heating water. In March 2008 they sailed through the Bahamas to Florida for new Raymarine Nav equipment, water maker, batteries, Custom rub rail, etc. In 2010 another major upgrade was performed adding reverse cycle A/C, TV/DVD, 5.0K isolation transformer, custom Fiberglass Hard Top, wrap around Spray & Privacy shades, new wind generator, upgraded to 50 Amp shore power, etc. They then sailed her to Turkey and the Med for 2 years before returning to Florida upon completion of their dream cruise and placed her for sale.

The 3rd & current owner purchased her in 2013 with approx. 1,400 hrs on the engines and are in their 5th year of cruising the Bahamas and Eastern Caribbean during the winter months, using her January - March of each year and having her stored on the hard for the other 9 months.

St Francis catamarans were designed, built and equipped to take you anywhere, safely and comfortably with flat decks and big sugar scoops. She is fast and a pleasure to sail, and can be handled easily by 2 people.

She is very well equipped for living aboard, has been maintained well and is in very good condition for the next owner to enjoy as much as the previous owners. She features a three cabin, two head layout with 2 x extra long queen size berths & custom seating plus a 3/4 berth; a study complete with desk, shelves and cupboards plus a utility room.
