1980 Cal 25 MK II- what a great boat! Very motivated sellers who have moved out of state and are open to negotiation. The boat has a Mercury outboard engine which is in good condition. Included are a rolling furler jib sail and main sail, both of which are in good shape. Main sail cover, tiller cover, and hatch covers included. New dock lines within the last year, new anchor line, and new jib halyard line. Included are a few life jackets. Cabin of boat has a v-birth bed, functioning toilet and bathroom sink with black water tank, quarter birth, kitchen sink and two seating areas. Includes an anchor and swim ladder. Also included are outdoor vinyl seat cushions on the back of the boat. Interior search cushions have been redone by the previous owner. Boat is equipped with a West Marine Radio (with bluetooth)/speakers. Lots of storage. Depth meter, speedometer and compass all in working condition. Hull was last cleaned in November 2017. Approx 5.5 feet of head room in the cabin. The boat is currently docked at Rush Creek Yacht Club on Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall, TX, where you can continue to keep it if you join to be a yacht club member.
