BRISTOL 41:
The Bristol 41.1 is a sloop rigged cruiser capable of being sailed by one person. (Ted Hood second generation design.) It has a 46 draft with centerboard raised. Her mast height allows ICW fixed bridges. She is capable of sleeping 7 comfortably and has 2 bath/shower rooms. She has the following: Nova Cool Fridge/Ice box, Convection/microwave oven, Peekaboo sliding shades, new Sunbrella upholstery, The current owners have owned it since 2007. She resides in Smithfield, Virginia and is sea worthy immediately but is on the hard at the moment waiting for owners perfectionistic punch list items to be completed. The owners have decided to sell the boat rather than complete the punch list. (Please refer to PUNCH LIST of the perfectionistic owner.)
