Welcome to My Girl With the keel stretching from bow to stern the boat only draws 2' 7" so it’s perfect for coastal sailing and getting right up close to shore. The cabin has plenty of head room with about 6' 4". The table folds down and the bench folds out to make enough room for 2 people and with 1 person in each quarter berth, 4 people can sleep comfortably inside. There is a bathroom with a sink and toilet and a folding door for privacy.The toilet has large holding tank and an electric pump for disposal. The cushions are older style but are in really good condition. The carpet was just replace and the woodwork is teak in good condition as well. The bilge pump was just replaced and a new battery charger is new and being used but is not mounted yet. The battery charger is a 4 bank charger I paid $400 for and is much larger than necessary to charge the 2 12 volt marine batteries. Condition: The sails are in good or better shape too. There are three sails, a jib, genoa, and the main. The exterior woodwork was recently sanded and sealed and the fiberglass has no holes or major cracks. The bottom paint was redone about 2 yrs ago and could probably use a cleaning as it has been in the water ever since. There is a 15 hp mercury engine which has never not started and is just enough power to get around. There are many extras and misc. Sale includes slip paid through end of August (Waterline Marina)!!
