| Description: |
The Morgan Out Island 28.6 is a sturdy built commemorative bicentennial yatch that has shallow draft (3.5 ft.), full keel, sloop rigged sailboat. It is noted for its solid hull glasswork, comfortable cockpit (sleeps 4 very comfortably, but will accommodate 6-7), big deck space, and huge interior with PLENTY of storage space. Popular as a capable cruiser it is ideal for island hopping, and it also can be very comfortable as a live aboard. It's hard to find a 28.6 ft. sailboat with a 39 foot mast with more all around value for the dollar that has been well maintained and loved as this one is. It is equipped with a steerer, pedestal, complete with a 5" lighted compass, steel wheel and emergency tiller. |
