ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: “Swan” offers a wonderful combination of sailing performance and comfort. Down below you will find teak and holly sole, a total of 16 opening ports and 6’ 6” headroom throughout (except the aft cabin). Starting forward is the guest cabin containing the v-berth. Ample storage includes drawers and a cedar lined hanging locker. An ensuite vanity with sink is to starboard with locker storage. Moving aft you enter into the main salon which features a large seating area and nav station to port. Opposite to starboard you’ll find a large U-shaped convertible settee, roomy enough to seat seven with the hinged leaf table. Right behind the settee is the fully equipped galley. Located aft of the galley is the entrance into the owner’s cabin which features a queen size berth with ample storage, hanging lockers, a cushioned seat and private entrance into the head.
GALLEY: Complete L-shaped cruising galley located to starboard at the base of the companionway steps. There is a 3-burner propane stove with oven, double stainless steel sinks with hot/cold pressure water, microwave and refrigeration. The Corian countertops provide ample space for food preparation. The galley is rounded off with several storage compartments and a built-in trash bin.
HEAD(S): The head is located on the port side of the companionway steps with access from the salon as well as the aft cabin. There is a stall shower, marine toilet, Corian covered vanity with sink, mirror and locker storage is provided. |

ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT: Autohelm 5000 autopilot and Pathfinder GPS, ST60 wind, VHF radio with RAM mic, Windex wind indicator, running navigation and anchor lights. Flat screen TV, built in stereo system with cockpit speakers.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Reverse cycle AC/heat, inverter, built-in solar panel on sea hood, 30 amp dockside power and cord, 30 amp battery charger, Link 10 battery monitor, dual 110v AC circuits and two bank 12v DC system.
SAILS & RIGGING: Seldon in mast furling main, sloop rigged with all lines led aft., deck stepped anodized B&R double spreader fractional mast, stainless mast struts and Harken adjustable mainsheet traveler, 110% furling jib, spinnaker gear. Five Lewmar 40ST 2-speed winches, one Lewmar 44ST 2-speed winch and winch handles.
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS: 36 HP fresh water cooled engine with 30 gallon fuel tank and only 350 hours. Electric, automatic bilge pump and shower sump pump. “Swan” is equipped with a 75 gallon water tank and 35 gallon holding tank.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Electric anchor windlass, stainless steel stanchions with double lifelines, emergency bilge pump, walk through transom with swim ladder and port and starboard lifeline gates.
