29' C&C MKII

Currently used as a live aboard. I take it out almost every weekend. I am moving for work so have to sell.

Exterior
-Brand new Genoa. I had it repaired last March by North Sails in Annapolis.
-Main sail in good condition.
-Rigging in great condition. Barient self-tailing winches
-New bottom job. Hauled out in May 2022 and added three coats Interlux Micron 66 anti-fouling paint.
-Yanmar 2GM20F diesel engine that runs great and often. Maintenance schedule has been followed closely.

**Comes with an extra kevlar racing Genoa in new condition

Interior
-V-Berth comfy for sleeping
-Quarter berth on port side
-Currently have a fridge where the propane stove used to be. Easy swap back
-Sink and ice-box
-6 gallon hot water heater
-Built in Bose bluetooth speaker system

Other
-A couple minor leaks, only when it rains hard. Will likely fix before selling
-Masthead light needs replace

Everything on this boat works great. I will leave all of my tools with the boat when I sell. There is a dock box in front of the boat as well.
