30'' Cape Dory Cape Dory 30 Cutter

Present owner has owned "Seashell for 35 years. Personally and professionally maintained. Has been sailed easily single handed from Connecticut to Maine and harbors in between. Comfortable cruising sailboat with four,intimate with two. Always turns heads when she sails into an anchorage. Though she is a cutter rigged sailboat, she is sail as a sloop. Waxed and bottom painted yearly. I would rate condition of boat GOOD .
