This documented sailboat has been my husband's mistress for 18 years. She was in the Port Townsend shipyard for a year and brought back to even better than when she was built. She is a classic, traditional custom built vessel. She will even sail herself when you set the sails. We have spent many hours sailing in Canada and of course, the Salish Sea. The original owner sailed her in the South Pacific for 12 years. Last hauled in Port Townsend October, 2016 - work performed: bottom, hull, waterways, and cabin sides painted, bright work wooded and Cetol applied, primary deck winches disassembled and lubricated, rig cleaned, tensioned , new leather spreader booties, and inspected, fire extinguishers recharged/replaced, seacocks inspected and lubricated, MaxProp disassembled/lubricated, and vessel surveyed. Construction is plywood on frame sheathed with FRP. Beam - 10', Draft - 6', Displacement - 10 tons. Sitka spruce spars, oversized standing rigging. Main, hanked on 100, 110, storm jibs, and fore staysail all in good condition. 35lb CQR w/250' chain and Simpson Lawrence 555 manual windlass. high water alarm, CO alarm, hydraulic wheel steering with emergency tiller,VHF, DS, knot meter, compass, 12v house and starting batteries, inverter/charger. Very well maintained Yanmar 3HM35F auxiliary- 700 hr, 100 gal. keel tank an d 10 gal. day tank. Manual head, holding tank. 80 gal. fresh water in three tanks - manual pump.
