Description: |
1980 CSY 33 Solid fiberglass construction with no coring material anywhere. Very attractive hull with scrolling detail on a clipper bow and blunt stern. Nice and safe recessed work space when on the fore-deck. There are fittings on deck and on the mast to accommodate a clipper rig but Trinity is currently rigged as a sloop. Loads of storage. Kenyon spars. Solid, safe and dry with a V-Birth in the fore-peak, an enclosed head with shower and holding tank. Newer Jabsco head and hoses in 2016. Main salon area has 2 settees with the port side converting to a double berth. 6' headroom forward, 6' in salon. Aft facing nav station. Main and 114% roller furled genny in very good condition - maybe needs a cleaning. A truly blue water capable vessel, she'll take you virtually anywhere you want to go with a rugged and sea kindly motion all CSY's are known for. |

Westerbeke W30 4 cyl diesel running good. New heat exchanger, new engine oil cooler and new transmission oil cooler. Hydraulic transmission and a V-drive saves lots of space in the galley. Dual propane cylinders feed an oven/cooktop and comes with sniffer and solenoid shutoff system. Magna propane grill on push pit. CO detectors in salon and V-birth area. New galley faucet and water lines from tank to galley sink with new filter element. New pressure pump. 400 W Kyocera (2x200W) solar panels with Morningstar TriStar MPPT-45 Amp Charge Controller and remote monitor panel. 3 group 29's (9/2017) offering about 150 Amp Hrs of rated usable energy. Newly installed Adler Barber Super Cold Machine - running on air mode only right now - water circulation not hooked up. Provides freezer space and spill over refrigeration to a second compartment providing a very large refrigeration area indeed. New tinted dead lights in port starboard and forward salon ports. Mounted approx 21" LCD tv with indoor digital antenna. TV can be connected to 12 V. Installed voltage monitor for better view of battery condition. Includes voltage and current draw to help visualize consumption/charging state. 1200 W inverter. LED lightning installed throughout the salon, v-birth and head. 12500 BTU free standing room ac. 30Amp shore power service - new 50' shore power cord. New and re-build seacocks in 2014. New exhaust circuit with mixing elbow in 2014. New heat management 2018, with wrappings and reflective coatings applied.
All Raymarine ST60 instruments in a NavPod at helm with a new anemometer sensor at masthead 2017. Rudder position indicator, new LCD screen installed in ST4000 autopilot control head 2018. New wheel pilot belt 2018. New depth sounder 2014. Furuno GPS. Bottomsider custom fit cockpit cushions, shade from solar panels above cockpit in a custom through bolted frame and new sun shade for aft cockpit and helm. Cockpit table. Ritchie binacle mount compass with new light (red) 2018.
New lower shrouds, uppers in good condition. Some new running rigging with main halyard now run to the cockpit, main sheet and blocks, new reefing lines and blocks. New outhaul and new 3 line clutch assembly. Serviced main winches, Lewmar 42's. Newer genoa sheets.
Approx 30 lb CQR on about 6 ' of chain and nylon rode - good for the shallow sandy bottoms on FL west coast. Spare danforth style anchor in a bag with chain and nylon rode stored in cockpit locker. A 'lunch hook' on chain and nylon hung on stern.
Tankage About 120 gallons of water in 1 main tank. About 50 gallons of diesel in 2 25 gallon tanks. 1 under each settee connecting to the primary fuel filter via fuel manifold. About 10 gallons of propane in 2 cylinders located in propane locker beneath helm seat. About 10 gallon holding tank. About 6 gallons hot water (runs on AC) needs engine hookup if desired. Burns about 1/2 gallon an hour turning revolutions for 5knts. Calculating 40 gallons for a 10 gallon reserve, gives 80 hours of motoring or about 400 miles of theoretical range - plus reserve 10 gallons and whatever jerry cans you'd carry.
