I'm selling my 1972/3 Pearson 33. This is the stronger version with an encapsiulated Keel and a centerboard. It is 32 11 on deck, 10' beam, and the draught is 4' 3 with the board up and the draught is 7' 7 with the board down. She sails like a dream and can be sailed away. She is in good shape, but I am near the end of a complete refit and bought another boat (Valiant 40)and will sadly need to sell this one. A free Season of Protected Dockage on Lake Ontario is also included. |

Custom Sunbrella Zip-on Storage Cover (Less than 1 year old $3000.00), and a custom built ultra heavy duty 3 axle trailer with two spare tires ($4000). It has mast steps to the mast head, an inner hank on stay, Hyde Stream-Stay Roller Furling on the Jib/Genoa. New Spreaders, All new Standing Rigging with Navtek fittings on the top and bottom of each wire ($4000), a Navtekck SSB insulated Adjustable Backstay ($1200), Dinghy Davits, 2-115 Watt Solar Panels ($600), An Icom M710 SSB Radio, A new Icom 502 VHF radio $500), Refrigeration, Custom Navigation Station, new Interior Cushion covers, Jabsco Twistlock Head with Holding tank and Whale Pumpout System, Teak Lined V-Berth, Keel Sump for all Fresh Water fixtures, all Thru Hulls are Bronze heavy ($1000), 2 cockpit Scuppers with Bronze Thru Hulls ($500), Instant Oil Change System, Cape Horn Windvane Self Steering ($2800), All lines run into the cockpit including three single-line Reef Points, Topping Lift, and all Halyards. Edson Wheel Steering, Electric Water Heater, and On-demand Propane Water Heater (Hot Showers!), Newer Three Burner Propane Force Ten Stove and Oven with Propane Leak Sniffer ($1800), On Deck Pressure Washdown System, 2 Large Anchors Rocna and Delta with 200' 5/16 HT Chain ($1000), Lofrans Manual Windlass ($400). The 4-cylinder Atomic Four Engine has been pulled and completely gone over. All interior water ports cleaned out, new Electronic Ignition, new Electronic Fuel Pump, Carbuerator Rebuilt, New Spark Plugs, Plug Wires, Distributor Cap and Rotor, new 55 amp Alternator, and then Completely Blasted, Treated and Painted. New Heavy Duty Morse Shifting Cable, 20 Gallon Molybdenum Fuel tank, and 50 Gallons of built-in Water Tanks. It never has had blisters, but the bottom has been stripped, 5 layers of Epoxy applied and two new coats of Ablative Bottom Paint put on (took 3 miserable weeks). There is a mainsail set up w 3 reefs, a Working Jib, Genoa (125%), Staysail, Trysail, Storm Staysail. Sails are in Good Shape or New, never used. |
