Description: Classic Charlie Morgan designed Columbia 31 in good condition with many extras and upgrades. Beta Marine 20 hp Diesel with only 405 hours. Doyle 135 Genoa and Mack mainsail in very good shape, with Harken Unit 1 roller furling. Draws 3'1" with centerboard up. 8500 pounds displacement.

Equipment: Beta Marine Diesel 20hp, only 405 hours. Sails are in great shape: Doyle Genoa and Mack Mainsail with two jiffy reefing points and lazyjacks. Harken Unit One roller furler. Doyle Universal Power sail with its own little roller furler, rolls up like a Genoa. This is a light air sail good for winds up to 10 knots. If there is any wind at all, this sail will find it. Sail control lines lead back to the cockpit, all stainless steel hardware by Garhauer. Two Andersen 12ST self-tailing halyard winches. Welded SS Garhauer stanchions. Interior cushions are only a 4 years old. A 22-pound Delta FastSet anchor (rated for boats up to 40 feet), 200ft rode, 40 ft chain. Also a Danforh 12H anchor. All running and interior lights are LEDs. A Navico Tillerpilot 5000 with hand controller and wind vane sensor. Extra large stainless bow cleats, stern cleats and midship cleats. All hardware mounted in solid fiberglass and epoxy more than 1" thick. 40-watt solar panel charges two Group 29 deep cycle marine batteries for a total of 210 Amp-hours. Garmin EchoMap 50S GPS/Chartplotter. A Standard Horizon VHF radio. A Pioneer CD/DVD player with two Jensen speakers. Nikon 10x52 Aculon binoculars. A 26-gallon Vetus flexible water tank. All interior and running lights are LEDs. AquaSignal Series 40 with a huge LED, rated for boats up to 65 feet. An incredibly bright OGM LED stern light. I want to be SEEN at night. A Forespar combination deck light/steaming light. A Davis portable anchor light and a Guest 6-volt hanging anchor light with automatic shut-off. Ritchie Navigator 202 bulkhead mounted compass. SR Mariner depth sounder. Signet Knotmeter (not working). Instrument panel includes a tachometer with hour meter,key engine start, electric solenoid engine shut-down, engine water temperature, oil pressure, ammeter. Fuel gauge is not working. Two West Marine automatic-inflating life vests with harnesses and tethers, plus two 1" JSI jack,lines. A Lifesling and 6 standard Type 2 life jackets stored in the lazarette. A Forespar telescoping tiller extension. Two Nicro Day-Night solar ventilation fans in the cabintop. Four cast aluminum Bomar opening ports. An Origo 3000 non-pressurized alcohol stove, the world's safest alcohol stove. Two Weems and Plath oil lamps. Weems and plath clock and barometer. Interior cushions covered in Sunbrella and are only 4 years old. Foam cockpit cushions covered in Sunbrella. C-Head composting toilet handles 2 adults for 10 days with ZERO smell, honest. Eliminates need for holding tanks, valves, hoses, through-hulls, macerator pumps, etc. A 10-gallon solar shower. Windscoop. The boat is almost completely rewired.Two Blue Seas lighted 12V switch panels. Blue Seas 12v master switch.
