Description: Very sought-after design. Good/ Fun sailing vessel for coastal cruising. Rigged for single handing with everything led to the cockpitcrew is gravy! Shes powered with a Yanmar 3GMF 20hp diesel engine which was totally gone through 4 years ago and has only had limited use since. There are three 3-year-old AGM batteries and a new battery charger. Sails are in good shape and includes the main, a 120 genoa on roller furling, and spinnaker with pole. Easy walk around deck. No soft spots. Roomy cockpit. The cockpit is covered by a dodger and retractable full bimini in concert. Additionally, she sports split custom swim platforms aft allowing easy water access.
Below deck is where she really shines. It has to be the roomiest 34 monohull design that Ive ever seen of her period which is why I bought her. This makes for easy living and socializing below! There are plenty of opening portholes as well as hatches and fixed windows to give terrific ventilation and light. As you descend the companionway, the galley is directly to starboard. It has considerable below-counter storage, ample drawers, and double ss sinks, above which is a hanging wineglass rack with dish storage above. There is one built-in small electric refrigerator and one good sized a/c d/c chest fridge. In addition to an inset microwave I have installed a Nu Wave induction cooktop (comes with all appropriate pans and pots). This combination has served me well for 4 years. Across to port is the Nav Station as well as the a/c and d/c electrical panels. Behind and fully aft is the master bunk which has a new queen memory foam mattress as well as hanging and shelving storage compartments. This cabin can be fully closed off from the living area forward. At the far end of the mattress, behind the aft wall, is housed the generator. In the salon to port is a 6 couch under which is the freshwater tank and air conditioner, and behind the back cushions is ample cubbyhole storage. Above the couch are full length closed storage compartments with additional storage shelving above that.

Equipment: To starboard are facing double seat cushions fore and aft of the table. Under the forward cushion is the holding tank while under the aft cushion is storage. I chose to install a half table with a detachable leaf so that the casual seating is less impeded. To starboard are again storage cubbies above which are a length of closed storage compartments, and above that is a full-length shelf. Just above the table I sacrificed a portion of storage to install an electric fireplace/heater. It makes below very cozy at night! (The fireplace can be run without heat.) Above the forward table cushions is a 36 smart TV with a moveable mount, surround soundbar and dvd player. There is also an am/fm cd player (aux capable) with speakers throughout the boat.
Forward of the salon is the head/shower which can be closed off from both the salon and v-berth. Great configuration! To port of the passageway is the ss sink with storage above, and across to starboard is an enclosable LARGE shower and head with both closed and open storage. AWESOME!
Forward is the v-berth. The opposing cushions are 6 . There is lots of storage below and aft with two hanging lockers and a set of drawers in the middle.

4 years ago: the plumbing was redone with new water pump, water heater, piping and head. The power was gone through and all issues were addressed. I added 120v, 12volt, and strip lighting throughout for plenty of ambient illumination. The upholstery was all redone. The engine and transmission were gone through and all issues were addressed by professional (had systems fully flushed and replaced all fluids, belts, filters, and hoses, replaced injectors as advised, had injector pump rebuilt, replaced fuel lift pump).

This is a very solid, well-equipped boat. The many finishes and upgrades inside make this the perfect live-aboard boat. While the inside is ready to go, the outside needs some attention. The bottom has no hollow spots but needs repainting. (I supply five gallons of bottom paint with the boat). If you are handy with external boat work this is a good boat for you. I will pay the splash fee. AIS, masthead tricolor LED and a West Marine Inflatable Dinghy are included.
