1982 Thomas Gillmer Weatherly 32 located in Alaska for sale

32' Thomas Gillmer Weatherly 32

Description: This is a full keel vessel from the early 80s. It has 5000-lb of ballast and as-is weighed in at 14,500 when pulled last summer. Gross weight based upon design is 11-tons (22,000-lbs). She stiffens up at 20-degrees of heel and is considered an ultra-heavy displacement boat. She is a narrow beam boat of 9.5 yet given the ballast and full keel she heaves to very well. Overall length with push pit and bowsprit is 36 6.

The boat is in Valdez and the slip has been paid for all of 2019.
We are asking $17,000 based on her condition and we own the boat free and clear.

If interested please text me and I can set up a time to talk, have you take a look at it and even go sailing based around my work schedule

Full Disclosure: I try to sail each week yet there are some issue that need to be addressed. The core does have some wet spots. Although the strength of the boat is not an issue the occasional drip can be annoying.
