Description: |
Holy Grail is a fully round bilge professionally built world cruiser, built for the present owners, and designed to sail anywhere in the world. With 50,000 miles under the keel in comfort and safety, she has proven herself an able sailor, often making 160 to 190 miles a day, day after day. Joinery is of Cherry and Pecan hardwoods with some neutral formica. With two independent diesel heating systems, ten watertight air vents and nine cabin hatches, she is warm in high latitudes, and airy in the tropics - a true expedition boat. There are 12 deck prisms for good lighting below. Fitted with one private cabin in addition to settee berths for five, one head with stall shower with separate washer/dryer space, Holy Grail is a wonderful and spacious live aboard for one couple. There is also a workshop with metal work bench, vice and drill press in the forepeak, along with lots of storage for tools, spares and materials. It is large enough to be converted to a sleeping cabin if desired. In September 2020, she was hauled out for routine bottom paint and survey. The survey and Audio Gauge, which is an ultrasound to determine the condition of the the metal, Holy Grail was declared in perfect condition. Please visit sail-our-world.com for more details. |
