*Marina fees paid through the end of April- if you are local, I will refer you to a very well-priced, protected, summer mooring location.
A classy mid 80s vessel from a renowned California company. She has been maintained and well-cared for throughout the years and it shows-a very clean boat throughout.
She is set up for cruising, and single handed sailing, with all lines led aft to the cockpit. The Hood mainsail and Hood 150 genoa, on a Harken furler, are in great shape, as is the standing and running rigging. The traveler and mainsheet will be changed before the sale. She is sturdily built, and has no soft spots anywhere.
Newer dodger, bimini and cockpit cushions. A few of the original interior cushions show some weathering. The woodwork is flawless throughout. The handrails could use a coat of varnish- not an ideal winter touch-up, so you'll have to do that when it's warm again!
The freshwater Yanmar 2GMF runs great and has been winterized, as always, for the season. I will run it for each interested party and show you how quick and easy the winterization process is. Videos available as well.
20 gallons of fuel, 30 gallons of fresh water, and unknown (but sufficient!) gallons for the waste tank. 6 gallon water heater. 30 amp shore power. Solar battery charger for 2 batteries. Automatic (and manual Whale backup) bilge pump.
Comes with some electronics- autopilot, loran, radio, and is wired for radar and a depth finder, but the previous owner removed them (transducer still onboard). We never veered into uncharted waters, so they were not replaced.
She's a simple, fun boat to sail, and has a spacious, cozy interior, with wood accents everywhere and plenty of storage.
