Description:
CURRENTLY UNDER CONTRACT.
1991 Catalina 34 with a walkthrough transom. Ohana has been an incredible boat and we've made some amazing memories on her. In February we sailed her from indiantown(ablative paint and added arch with solar and davits) down to the keys and dry tortugas. She is a good solid boat. Since we bought her a couple years ago we did some extensive renovations to make her safe and reliable. In the past 1.5 years we have:
- Cleaned and balanced the prop(including the spare prop)
- New cutlass bearing, prop shaft, coupler, and flexible coupler
- PSS dripless shaft seal
- New prm 60d transmission
- All new engine control cables
- Cut out old trailer connectors in wiring harness and upgraded power wires to 10awg
- All new engine instruments
- New fuel sender gauge and polished and cleaned tank
- New mr. Cool copper nickel heat exchanger
- New vetus k75 engine mounts
- Rebuilt balmar alternator and installed new ars-5 voltage regulator
- New racor 500 fuel filter
-all new fuel hoses
- Rebuilt raw water pump with spare
- New fresh water water pump and belt
- 5 new marlon seacocks
- New air cooled cold plate and compressor
- New kuuma aluminum hot water heater(set up for ac and coolant heating)
- New flagship marine 16,500 btu a/c with heat
- Second 30 amp shore power for a/c
- New galvanic isolator
- New steering chain
- xantrex freed xc inverter charger 2000w and charges up to 80 amps
- 3 firefly carbon foam agm batteries for the house bank
-600w of solar on the arch paired with a victron smart solar charge controller 100/50
-bmv 712 battery monitor
- davits

Equipment:
- Universal m25-xp 23hp with unknown hours
-Seafurl 915 headsail
- cdi behind the mast roller furler main
- 12v fridge
- 49'9" mast height at water level
- wing keel 4'3" draft
- propane stove
- 2 water tanks 65 gal total
- holding tank 25 gal
- 20 gal diesel tank
- jabsco electric head
- 1 starting battery and 3 house(firefly carbon foam agm 330ah)
- Flagship marine 16,500 btu a/c with heat

-Mantus 35lb anchor with 100' chain
- fan in v-berth
- usb charging ports. In v-berth, nav station and a water proof one under engine instruments.
- transom shower
- radio
- no windlass

What you may want:
-Chart plotter(I use ipad)
- I have all the parts to reinstall the autopilot
- I rebedded the companionway hatch but I'd rebed the lifeline stations with butyl tape or you could totally rebed with thickened epoxy
- inspect standing rigging
- radio is working but no ais

I'd say the sweetest edition is the solar and arch. I went with 3 newpowa 24v 200w panels in parallel. I did 24v panels in parallel because panels in parallel don't lose as much efficiency due to shading and I can use a 10awg instead of a 6awg wire to the solar charge controller so I don't have a 3% voltage drop or more. Usually by noon the batteries are fully charged and I can run the ice maker off the inverter and still charge the batteries.
