| Description: |
This is a very roomy 25' sailboat with a large cabin, bathroom with sink and running water, sink in galley also has running water. Galley is set up with bench seating on each side giving much more room and storage than the side table models (Catalina set up). The table folds down so is completely out of the way when not in use. There is also a built in ice chest beside the sink.
The Cockpit is very roomy. New outdoor speakers installed less than a year ago. All lights work inside and out. Boat comes with a long shaft Johnson Sail master 9.9 HP outboard with electric start. Currently in a very convenient slip at Bay View Marina. |

Main -good condition
Jib- 100% great condition & 120% is in really good condition
Spinnaker - is really nice and in good condition it has a couple small patches from a snag. Also comes with a snuffer allowing single handed deployment and bring down.
Spinnaker pole with Deck mounted brackets for storage when not in use.
Ropes & hardware- most ropes have been replaced in the last couple years and are all in good condition
Vent fan- Installed in September- solar powered, removes moist air to prevent mold.
Johnson Long Shaft Sailmaster 9.9 HP with electric start
Traveler- After market installed above cabin entry that completely removes it from the cockpit and out of everyone's way.
Inverter- conveniently installed beside other power for quick change over. Alows you to run appliances while on the water.
Shore power- Quick plug mounted out side of cockpit for easy hook and un hook.
