Currently moored at extremely safe hurricane hole, being safeguarded by experienced Bahamian friends. Ready to be moved aboard and fully equipped for blue-water cruising. Perfect club racer, leisure boat for Bahamian sailing, or cruising sailboat for a couple looking for ultralight Pardey-style cruising, heading south on the thornless path (as we were). She is equipped with brand new Ullman sails and a Harken Mark II cruising furler.
We had intended and equipped sailing vessel Secret as a circumnavigator, but due to a life-threatening medical emergency were unable to complete our cruise. Ranger 33s are beautiful and beloved boats, reference:

-Brand new Ullman loose-footed cruising mainsail and slight positive roach to reduce heeling, with three reefs: the first to reduce area by 20%, the second by 45%, the third
by 70%. Cloth is 8.25 oz. Premium Dacron. All full length battens, parallel to the boom.
-Brand new foam padded, Ullman cruising 120 furling jib with ultraviolet-resistant forest green cover.
-Full suite of sails, including 100% staysail with built-in stay for heavy-weather sailing or additional sail area(25'4"x27'4"x16'11.5"); back-up mainsail with double reefs (34'x36'7"x13'1"); 130-percent lightweight jib; turquoise, orange, and white spinnaker for light-air sailing, with spinnaker pole; and lightweight 170% older drifter with some damage.
-Brand new custom-ordered fully-fitted purpose-built whisker pole for poling out the working jib. Aluminum, telescopic, with a spring-loaded fitting at one end to attach to Secret's spinnaker ring fitting on the mast.
-New 5/16" head-stay wire and Harken Cruising Furler II (not installed)
-Datamarine S-200DL LCD digital depth sounder, wired to on-board batteries
-Two lighted Ritchie compasses mounted on cockpit bulkheads
-Recored deck in 2007, a $6000 repair, with all rotted wood replaced with premium-grade marine plywood and hand-laid fiberglass. Interior woodwork replaced with custom-carpentered teak-and-holly. (Pictures available of repair.)
