Description:

The Clearwater 35 (hull #7 of 7 total) was designed by Craig Walters and constructed by Holby Marine in Bristol, Rhode Island. The Clearwater 35 won Sailing World's Overall Boat of the Year honors in 1989 as a highly advanced, ultrashallow draft cruiser (swing keel, drafts 2'-6') built with cutting edge composite techniques.

We (3rd owners) have maintained SeaScape to a high standard since purchased in 2021. It has a Max-Prop feathering prop, swim ladder, electric windlass, hot/cold cockpit shower, Doyle mainsail stackpack, Fairclough winter cover (canvas) and frame. The only item that is inoperable is the autopilot. Sails are aged but usable.
