All new canvas, including a completely enclosed dodger, all new wiring (AC & DC), fuel and water systems rebuilt, custom engine room access for easy maintenance, new custom nav station with new panels, 2 fathos, new built in VHF & AM/FM Stereo W/6 speakers. Second VHF & stereo speakers in cockpit. 40 HP Diesel (Isuzu) well maintained (2270 hours). New heat exchanger. Two new water pumps. Two new 2200 Gph electric bilge pumps with one and a half inch hoses. All new seacocks (true bronze seacocks not ball valves). New custom stainless steel pulpits, rails, and antenna arch. New aluminum propane tank with new gas lines. New force 10 propane cabin heater. New 1750 watt inverter with 105 amp alternator. New bow roller, large stainless cleat and new bruce anchor with 220 ft chain and 250 ft rope. Bow deck reinforced to 2 ½ inch thickness. New stern anchor gear. All deck fittings caulked and thru bolted with backing plates. New marine head, holding tank and macerator. (Legal). New large lexan cabin portlights. New curtains and interior upgrades. Custom lazzerette storage area. Many more detailed custom features not addressed here. All new interior lighting plus red lights for night time.
