AIR CONDITIONED BOAT!
A classic performance cruiser, this design boasts a very comfortable interior layout that is attractive, roomy, and very functional. Forward is a good sized v-berth with ample storage. Aft, to port is a roomy head with hot and cold water, sink and shower. To starboard of the head is a hanging locker and also the location of the reverse cycle heat pump / air conditioner. The salon has a U-shaped settee to port with a folding table (currently removed). To starboard is a comfortable settee. There are ample storage lockers above both settees/berths. Aft of the salon on the port side is a roomy L-shaped galley with Adler Barbour DC powered refrigeration, a Hillerange 3 burner propane stove, and lots of storage space. To starboard is a spacious chart table with storage space both beside and underneath. Aft of the chart table is the "friendly" double quarter berth.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT: stern boarding ladder, 3 fire extinguishers (1 cabin, 1 cockpit, 1 engine compartment), life ring, flares, MOB pole, 35lb Bruce anchor with 15' chain and 250' rope rode.
SAILS AND RIGGING: Hood main with battens (original), #1 genoa (original), #3 genoa in good condition, spinnaker in good condition, Ultrafurl genoa furling, lazy jacks, blue sail cover, all lines lead aft.
HULL AND DECK: 2 opening hatches with screens, 5 ports replaced (2004), 2 life line gates, 2 Barient self-tailing winches, 2 Barient 10 winches, 1 Barient 18 winch, baby stay, hydraulic backstay (rebuilt 2004), Atkins and Hoyle davits, rod rigging, boom vang.
