Sails are hardly used, roller-furling jib, tiller auto pilot, VHF radio, Horizon depth sounder, cockpit cushions,bimini, hatch pop-up w/ full canvas enclosure, stern rail seats, starboard mounted remote control for shifting and throttle, whisker pole, single-hand mast raising system, two burner propane stove, etc. Just installed in 2008 (the boat was not used since these were installed)--new porta-potty, Lazy Jacks, one gel and one starting battery, salon fan, new satellite radio, teak magazine rack and dish holder, barometer and temperature gauge.
