Renowned Naval Architect Bruce King designed one of the very best small cruising sailboats ever built. The Ericson 25 Plus is a responsive sailor, a stoutly built yacht, with a cabin as roomy as most 28 foot sailboats. The NADA Blue Book value on this1979 Ericson 25 Plus is $10,000 - $12,000. The Volvo Penta inboard diesel is not running, but can be fixed. I have added a 9.9 long shaft electric start outboard. The E 25 sleeps 5 in a V- berth, a quarter berth and two settees. There is full standing headroom (6'1") and enclosed head with holding tank.
