I have a MK-I and a MK-II pair of G-Cats for sail (Nice pun!) with one trailer. One is in very good shape. I am told from its previous owner it was purchased, subsequently disassembled and put into storage for 15 years. It really does look very near mint. Theres one small hairline crack where I (like an idiot) strapped it down too tight. It has all hardware and good sails. The second boat has had a little rougher time mainly with the hulls. Hulls arent great but sailable. I have had it out on the water but it is not overly safe, but makes a great boat for extra parts for the other one. Lots of nice Harken on both boats. I have also tracked down all the diagrams for the boats and a copy of the origional owners manual. Im looking for $2000 for the pair w/trailer. Take what you like from the second boat and ill figure out something to do with whats left. In Central Maine but Im pretty flexible. I love these boats but have to sell them due to poor launch conditions at our place. |
