Sirocco is back in Florida! Available for showings and sea trials now!
We love this boat. We have sailed and lived aboard for extended periods over 6 years, logging over 5,000nm and exploring the east coast of the US as well as the Bahamas. Covid cut our Caribbean sailing short and covid life has seen us starting a small business and it's time to let Sirocco inspire someone else. This boat gives you confidence. She is steadfast and reliable in all conditions to keep you safe and comfortable. Whether you are wanting to take your sailing to the next level offshore, or enjoy comfortable weekends gunkholing in the bay, this boat will take you there and bring you back. She is ready to leave, self sufficient/off-grid and in sail-away condition.
Similar to a Bristol Channel Cutter!

9 Months ago I decided to purchase a sailboat, work remotely from it, and sail from Massachusetts to Key West. Its been the greatest 9 months of my life and I hope to pass this on to the next person.
Sandy Cheeks is her name.
She has an aft cabin and V birth, as well as a salon with a convertible dining table and side bench. Therefore giving two private rooms, and in total can sleep up to 7.
The Wifi works along the entire East Coast. Ive taken many zoom conference calls while sailing 10-20 miles offshore. The solar and battery setup is designed to sustain up to 3 people working 40 hour work weeks without any issues.
All the random boat stuff, cooking equipment, and safety equipment that you didnt know you needed is already purchased. Sandy cheeks is fully equipped and ready to sail away tomorrow.

Centerboard model. Still produced by Cape Cod Shipbuilding in Wareham, MA, so parts and accessories are readily available. Stable and fun family daysailer for up to five adults, but sails easily with two due to simple set-up and ease of operation, and I often single-hand her. Boat continues to be raced on the east coast. This ruggedly built, classic fractional-rigged sailboat fits on its trailer in my standard-size garage. Boat is ready to sail. I routinely pull this boat on its trailer at highway speeds with the family car without difficulty; we had the boat out last weekend and as usual it performed very nicely. Proven World Cruiser. Update: Last few weeks to take advantage of this price...when I return and get her all cleaned up it goes back to 75k, and I have brokers interested at higher rates. This is a one of a kind and though she needs a little polish after a year away, she is ready to sail. And if you are confused all the green settees you see in some pics have been updated to the new cream. Also A/C added, wiring updated, bed extended, new dinghy, and more!
Beautiful custom pilothouse sailboat designed to cruise the world. Big, burly, and yet with all the touches of the era: mahogany wheels, bronze fittings, and immaculate teak decks. Has received: brand new A/C, new settees, and new wiring. Unfortunately for me, my grand designs of crossing back from the Med to the Pacific coast of North America are being waylaid by career opportunities, and I just don't have the time to make the cruise, nor continually come back and forth. Hence a great deal and a lucky next buyer. The motor is the engineers dream, the Gardner, and makes this a true motor sailor with a 2000 km range, sipping gas all the way at around 5L per hour. She starts up every time and runs beautifully, and will outlive us all. Gas stove, gas water heaters, and the joys of an interior helm and full pilothouse make this a natural cruiser. Two cabins with four distinct berths, two heads, a full galley, and the most storage you have ever seen on a sailboat. Great for the classic collector, the adventurous global traveller, or a seafaring family. Located in Port el Kantaoui Tunisia,
Outside United States.

The Hunter 34 is a fast and easy to handle sailboat, ideal for the Chesapeake Bay. She is a tall rig, which makes her fast in light winds; and shoal draft, allowing you to reach almost anywhere in the Bay. She is very easy to single handle based on the way she is rigged and her reliable Yanmar engine. She is incredibly comfortable below for a 34 boat and her great layout sleeps up to 7. We really enjoyed sailing her across the Bay in a family of 5 over the past 6 years but decided to buy a more blue-water boat to venture further offshore. With a lot of recent upgrades, this is a lot of boat for its price.

Ownership history:
I purchased hull #210 in 2013 from Bayfield Ontario. Then the boat was named Time Passage. The boat had not left the Great Lakes, which was evident in its pristine condition. The bronze fittings had no signs of oxidisation at all. I hauled the boat to install its inaugural anodes.
From 2013 to 2017 I sailed Henry single handed from Bayfield to La Paz, Mexico via the Panama Canal.
Henry has been based in La Paz, Mexico since 2017. In 2019 I emptied the entire boat and stripped all hardware in preparation for interior and exterior paint works, which are now complete. All hardware and fittings have been installed and the remaining items - e.g. Monitor windvane, cushions, sails, solar panels - will stay in my apartment to avoid excessive exposure to sun and general weather conditions. The boat is hauled out of the water at Atalanta boat yard, with heavy duty sun shades for protection from the sun. A local guy washes the boat and airs it out once per month when I'm away for work. Engine is started regularly with anticorrosive coolant flushing.
Includes a vw beetle in matching colors. Located in La Paz Mexico,

This is hull #73 of a long line of Tartan 34c. Solstice is a S&S design that is very seakindly for her size. I have loved this boat and put a ton of love into her.
She was in the yard for 3 months this winter receiving topside paint, and ground to barrier bottom. New totalboat barrier coats (3 coats). New totalboat spartan bottom paint ( 3 coats, 5 at waterline). Any inperfection was property fixed. Interior got facelift with lots of paint and new cushions. She can and does sail regularly now with her hank on 110 jib (with reef) and storm sail but has furler and 140 furling genoa on board. Profurl furler needs four extrusions to be installed. I prefer hank on but it is there.
New main halyard, boom vang, and jib sheets.
Raymarine c90 on board needs installed. I use phone and iPad*
In June 2020 she was hauled out for new cutlass bearing, shaft pulled, stuffing box restuffed, and shaft realigned.

***Aires wind vane
Simrad tiller pilot (2)

This boat was designed by Ron Holland and was originally built by Jeanneu, in France, but the design was licensed to Cal Yachts for this specific model.
There are signs of its performance capabilities all over. Not many 30-footers have double spreaders. The aluminum mast extends through the deck and is keel-stepped. It's also hard to miss that the shrouds are solid, stainless steel rods- as opposed to wire used on most boats.
It was almost exclusively used as a daysailer and was hauled out every winter. It was bottom painted last in 2019. The 11 gallon fuel tank was only filled twice in the last 30 years (very low hours). The Atomic (5411) diesel engine was serviced regularly and there is a brand new Oberdorfer pump on it. I have a video of it running if anybody wants to see it in action.
The deck is closed-cell foam cored (instead of balsa), making it lighter and impervious to water damage and soft spots. The hull, keel, rudder and rigging are in great shape. There are no leaks or soft spots anywhere on the boat. The displays for the wind and multi instruments need replacement (the server and transducers are fine).
The fuel tank holds 11 gallons; the fresh water tank holds 21.
There are 2 double berths and 2 single berths, so it can sleep up to 6 people.
The sails- main, jib and genoa, are in good shape. Tuff luff system for the headsails on main forestay. Adjustable (unattached in photos) baby stay, and adjustable backstay. All lines are led aft to the cockpit. Barient 10 winch on the mast. Barient 18 on each side of the coachroof. Barient 25, for jib/genoa, on each side of cockpit. Two jib/genoa tracks on each side. Red bimini is currently stored in quarter berth. 5 clutches.
If I forgot to mention something, or if you want to see more photos or have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. And if you live in the area and want to take a look before making an offer, let's coordinate. Located in Huntington,
New York.

*Marina fees paid through the end of April- if you are local, I will refer you to a very well-priced, protected, summer mooring location.
A classy mid 80s vessel from a renowned California company. She has been maintained and well-cared for throughout the years and it shows-a very clean boat throughout.
She is set up for cruising, and single handed sailing, with all lines led aft to the cockpit. The Hood mainsail and Hood 150 genoa, on a Harken furler, are in great shape, as is the standing and running rigging. The traveler and mainsheet will be changed before the sale. She is sturdily built, and has no soft spots anywhere.
Newer dodger, bimini and cockpit cushions. A few of the original interior cushions show some weathering. The woodwork is flawless throughout. The handrails could use a coat of varnish- not an ideal winter touch-up, so you'll have to do that when it's warm again!
The freshwater Yanmar 2GMF runs great and has been winterized, as always, for the season. I will run it for each interested party and show you how quick and easy the winterization process is. Videos available as well.
20 gallons of fuel, 30 gallons of fresh water, and unknown (but sufficient!) gallons for the waste tank. 6 gallon water heater. 30 amp shore power. Solar battery charger for 2 batteries. Automatic (and manual Whale backup) bilge pump.
Comes with some electronics- autopilot, loran, radio, and is wired for radar and a depth finder, but the previous owner removed them (transducer still onboard). We never veered into uncharted waters, so they were not replaced.
She's a simple, fun boat to sail, and has a spacious, cozy interior, with wood accents everywhere and plenty of storage.
Please don't hesitate to ask questions! All reasonable offers will be considered. Located in Hingham,
Massachusetts.

Bolero is a 1967 Shields One Design that was refurbished and modified by Tim Lackey (Northern Yacht Restoration) to create a modern knockabout sloop. Tims full building log can be found here.
lackeysailing.com/archived/bolero/bolero.htm
My intent in commissioning this project was to create a stunning sailboat with impeccable sailing qualities that would sail well without having to use, or even have, an engine. My inspiration was the old, wooden, knockabout sloops similar to, say, a Sparkman & Stephens Dark Harbor 20.
After a lengthy search, I found an older, 1967 Shields that was in major need of restoration and was past its racing prime. And with Tims amazing effort she become the Knockabout Sloop Bolero.

The main photo is a shot from the start of the Marion-Bermuda Race, with owner and famous US newscaster, Walter Cronkite at the helm! The Westsail company custom built this 42 for Walter, and by the particular details and superb joinerwork, they did a very good job. These boats have a habit of wandering afar, and perhaps Fiona, owned by Eric Forsythe, is the best testament of their potential with over 250,000 logged miles on Fiona and Eric still moving around the globe and at over 85 years old! (see YouTube to visit the boat doing some of the chilly voyages, like Northwest Passage, Cape Horn, and everything in between). Definitely the Land Rover of the Sea.
As well as being an ultimate safe offshore vessel, the 42 is very comfortable in port. With the pilothouse arrangement, the galley and dining table are at eye level to see out thru the large bronze ports. This particular hull might be the only one with the mid port opening, allowing great ventilation.
Another desirable feature is the nav/office area between the galley and aft cabin...with fold out seat and big prism over the table. Also, the engine room has 2 prisms for day natural lite. After Walters ownership, the boat was donated to the Naval Academy, and then on to private ownership. In the past 7 years she has become a new boat, except for the brass builder's plaque. New equipment throughout from engine and engine room design, all new painting and varnishing, new cushions, rigging, chainplates, toilettes, hull Awlgrip deck repainting, new SS tanks, refrigeration and because Walter, she has the only teak cockpit. The rig is now a cutter the chainpates etc. are still there for the yawl rig...however the mizzen consumes the aft deck and for that reason it was removed.

Holy Grail is a fully round bilge professionally built world cruiser, built for the present owners, and designed to sail anywhere in the world. With 50,000 miles under the keel in comfort and safety, she has proven herself an able sailor, often making 160 to 190 miles a day, day after day. With as little as 5'8" draft (light on fuel and water) Holy Grail is able to sneak in to most of those magic lagoons in Paradise.
Joinery is of Cherry and Pecan hardwoods with some neutral formica. With two independent diesel heating systems, ten watertight air vents and nine cabin hatches, she is warm in high latitudes, and airy in the tropics - a true expedition boat. There are 12 deck prisms for good lighting below. Fitted with one private cabin in addition to settee berths for five, one head with stall shower with separate washer/dryer space, Holy Grail is a wonderful and spacious live aboard for one couple. There is also a workshop with metal work bench, vice and drill press in the forepeak, along with lots of storage for tools, spares and materials. It is large enough to be converted to a sleeping cabin if desired. In September 2020, she was hauled out for routine bottom paint and survey. The survey and Audio Gauge, which is an ultrasound to determine the condition of the the metal, Holy Grail was declared in perfect condition.

Solid deck, no soft spots. No hull-deck joint leaks. Good rig, sails in good condition, heavy duty hardware all around.
We've owned this girl for over 2 years now, it's time for our family to move on. This is really solid liveaboard or cruising boat. Built strong with a shoal draft 3/4 cutaway keel, she'll take you anywhere you want to go. Floating condo, cruise the world, or take her to Catalina on the weekends. Large bed in aft cabin is much more comfortable for than a v-berth. Awesome buy for a cruising couple or family looking for a great weekend boat.
You could easily add some electronics and take her anywhere. My family has moved back to land, and we have to pass her on to a new owner. She is priced very competitively. We have multiple in-flight projects (hooking up the solar, installing a navigation system, cosmetic improvements, new interior cushions, etc...), and as we complete them, the price will increase accordingly. If you're handy, you can get a lot of boat ready for your personal touch.
There are many slips available at Shoreline Marina here in Long Beach, and she will pass inspection. Located in Long Beach,
California.

Renewed inside/outside engine couple years ago and very loved! The 9.2A (aft cockpit) sleeps 6 between the double forward cabin, port double settee and starboard settee and the quarter berth. Headroom is 63. An enclosed galley between the forward cabin and main salon, has the head and vanity to port and drawers and hanging locker to starboard. In the main salon the dinette table will drop to berth height creating a double at the port settee and a 66 berth to starboard is created by extending under the drawer cabinet in the head. The quarter berth to starboard also accommodates the navigation table, which hinges out of way when not needed. The L-Shaped galley has plenty of drawers and stow places for dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Above there is the self-bailing T-Shaped cockpit to accommodate the wheel steering. She has a masthead rig that is deck stepped. The decks are easy to get around on and have full length cabin-long teak handrails. A slotted aluminum toe rail adds strength and affords myriad places to attach fenders, blocks, etc. Well maintained and looking like new! Located in Chicago,
Illinois.

This is a delightful example of a C&C Quality Racer/Cruiser, extremely well equipped for ocean or coastal sailing and ocean or club racing. That's not all - over the years SHE has placed 1st five times, 2nd four times, and 3rd three times in various single handed and shorthanded races to Bermuda.
All that said, this 1974 C&C MKII 35 is a wonderful cruiser and day sailor as well and has been continually updated throughout her life to provide very safe, and comfortable passages to whatever destination. The refit in 2001 with a new Yanmar 3GM30F diesel engine (660 hrs.) and renewed drive train in 2019 are perfect examples of the attention to quality and reliability the owner has maintained. PLUS she is pretty to look at (very important around the club!). Located in Barrington,

General comments:
This has been a great boat for us as a coastal cruising/day sailing/club racing couple. Easily
handled, well mannered, extremely good up wind. Very dry in chop and easy to move around on
deck. Engine upgrade makes this CS34 unique on the market and it performs far better than the original 2gm20 engine. Very secure and comfortable cockpit. Most lines lead to the cockpit so even a first reef can be done without going forward. Easy to single or doublehand. Original gelcoat topsides and nonskid deck in good shape. CS was a competitor to C&C and the build quality is better in most opinions.
This is not a project boat and should be seen. Located in Stratford CT,

Price Reduced: Make an offer! Jade Moon is semi custom and nicely upgraded Gary Mull designed Freedom 45 center cockpit with an unstayed main mast built from Carbon Fiber, and a performance hull.
She is well-designed, has an A1 Offshore certificate and without question, is a capable offshore cruising yacht of fine build quality. Structurally sound and in great mechanical and cosmetic condition, she was designed to be fast, easily sailed short handed, super comfortable and safe.
The Freedom 45's all possess outstanding sailing qualities, all sailing to weather or off the wind impressively, often passing larger yachts. Jade Moon has been retrofitted with in boom furling main sail and a furling head sail.
The yachts cabin headroom is excellent, with 6 foot 5 inch or more headroom, and is finished throughout with high-quality solid, varnished cherry and teak joinery work. She is very attractive in every way.
For the value, this is one to look at. The custom and thoughtfully implemented additions to this boat make her special. Truly an easy to live aboard boat with excellent storage and extremely well thought out accommodations, from the built in file cabinet drawer to the built in printer cabinet. Jade Moon has 12 volt and 110 outlets everywhere, including a 12 volt outlet in the cockpit, which is an absolute must these days.
With many folks looking to escape off the grid, this superbly configured yacht has everything you need for easy living on the water.

One of a kind, all fiberglass full size Optimist Pram which triple stacks into a footprint that is only 63 long by 25 wide. Professionally built from an Optimist mold using hand laid fiberglass for the best strength and lightness. The complete hull only weighs 66 pounds and the three individual components of the hull weigh 28, 26, and 18 pounds which makes handling the individual parts very easy. Instead of having to look over a dinghy tied on the foredeck and risk loss or damage in a storm, this dinghy can easily be stored below on a bunk or possibly in a locker on a larger boat. Assembly is quick and easy using 3 stainless bolts with wing nuts for the two large hull parts and 6 to connect the bow section. An all fiberglass U channel slides over the top of the joints to add additional strength while a foam neoprene rubber seal is between all of the parts to seal the lower bolt holes and prevent chafe between the parts. A Polyester and rubber bonded rubrail prevents scratches. When assembled the Dinghy feels like a one pc. dinghy. The hard chine hull shape makes the boat very stable and the weight carrying ability is quite good. Unlike open hard dinghies, because the hull is divided with the partition that runs near the center of the hull, the dinghy is actually more stable with water in the bottom since water cannot slosh from side to side. The dinghy tows and rows well. I am including a set of collapsible oars finished in Awlgrip with stainless hardware that stow really well. For the best rowing experience use 8 long spoon oars. The transom has been reinforced for an outboard, I have used up to 4hp which will plane the dinghy nicely with a light load. Flotation is provided for the two large hull parts Port and Starboard which will support an outboard motor if the hull is flooded. Potential to add a sailing kit to this dinghy if desired. The Hunter 34 was designed by Cortland Steck built by Hunter Marine USA.
My wife and I bought Bert and Ernie last march and sailed her a lot on the northern Chesapeake. We fell in love with sailing and decided to buy a bigger, more blue water boat. We now own "two" many boats. She was one of the best 30 something footers in the bay when we bought her and there are even fewer to choose from now. Located in Essex area of Middle River Maryland,

Sail La Vie is a one of a kind. She is a 1989 Precision 18 hull number 280. She has been outfitted to go comfortably cruising in a small trailer-able sailboat, plain and simple.
She makes all of her own electricity with 300 watts of solar and an outboard equipped alternator.
She keeps food cold or frozen with her 12v refrigerator/freezer. Her sail plan includes a 150 Genoa on a roller fuller, 2 reef points on the main with single line reefing on both points, an adjustable backstay, and all sheets and halyards leading aft to the cockpit.
She is equipped with an auto tiller for long days of cruising, a Rudder Craft kick up rudder with match crutch for ease of beaching and trailering, and a full cockpit bimini for protection from the sun on those hot sunny days.
Sail La Vie has been my cruising companion on extended trips of the Florida 120 in Pensacola bay, the Main Island Trail, and the Chesapeake bay. She is also great just to go for an evening sunset sail in her home waters on the Susquehanna River.
My goal has been to make her as safe, comfortable, and easy to single hand sail and trailer as I could.

Mostly refurbished. Ready to sail. Never used in saltwater! Bought as 2nd owner in 2020 as a project with my son but my HOA (God bless them) ruled it's not allowed on property.
Here's what we've done so far:
1. The Hull-Sanded and Repainted with marine grade PPG paint, resealed hull to deck transition.
2. Paid to have Drop Keel-Completely Refurbished (cracked and rusted), added new keel lines and winch for drop keel.
3. The Trailer (1996 trailer)-Completely Refurbished(wire brushed, marine grade rustproof primer, PPG marine paint, new rollers, carpeting, new electrical system & conduits, new bearings, new hubs, new wheels, etc.)
4. Rigging, main sail & jib, mast, boom, rudder, etc included (older but work fine).
5. Remaining projects would have been redoing interior cabin, new electrical for boat lights, and repaint deck (which is in acceptable shape already).
Clean title, Asking $5,339 which would cover most of my material costs ($4,600) plus the $1,500 I paid as second owner.
I have more photos I can share. Perfect boat to trailer in for easy launch. Located in Berrien Springs,

This Freedom 25 comes with sails in great condition (main, light wind jib, and spinnaker) solid hull, an outboard motor (needs a fuel filter and probably an oil change), and a trailer. We have loved the boat but unfortunately got behind on maintenance while building the house so now the main salon needs a refit due to water damage from deck fitting leaks. Also, we damaged the forward hatch while under sail but it is still water tight. The running rigging could use a replacement as well. Located in Lake Keowee,

PRICE REDUCTION!! March2021 to 22,500$ This 1980 cal 39 is in fine condition for her age , and I'm confident the new owner will be very happy with her..You might Know that cal made the tall and short rig(this one has the tall rig-- -More sail area) also they made a shoal keel and deep keel. this one is the shoal keel version, so it can get into shallower areas--I think this is the ideal combo. I am selling it because I seem to have developed a propensity for seasickness, and its not much fun for me. Also, My life is too full with business and job commitments. I have had her for 3 years now and I've done a lot of work to her. Recent improvements include new sanitary tank, as well as lines. New Marine radio with AIS/GPS capabilities including a slave microphone ,
which comes in very handy while transitioning bridges. also new 100 watt expandable solar system w/200 watt controller. She's on the hard right now, but it wont take much to make her ready to sail away, she comes with TONS of extras, you know, silverware, dishes, lifeJackets, epirb, emergency liferaft, once shes in the water, shes pretty turnkey !
when I boght the boat, I had and EXHAUSTIVE survey which i will disclose. In the fall, I also had the engine oil analyzed and
there were no issues. I will disclose the chemical Spectro-analysis of the oil to the prospective buyer.
I have had a few folks look at her when I had it listed at the higher price. some looked at the survey I had done, and had concerns about some moisture in the upper deck area(Disclosed in survey).when I queeried the surveyor about this before I bought it,he told me that it is not a significant cause for concern, but that it should be addressed before any serious blue water cruising , moreover, the surveyer told me that all boats this age have some degree of moisture in the decks.I can say that I weigh 275 lbs, and nowhere do the decks flex under my weight.
So, Understanding that this will need to be addressed at some point, I have adjusted the price accordingly
that said, this is a great deal at this price! Located in old lyme ct,
Connecticut.

1991 42ft Concordia $99,000
50hp Yanmar diesel
ballast; 10,500
This is one of 2 all kevlar race boats built by concordia
This is hull #1
This legendary racer has been completley redone top to bottom and is in perfect condition
This 42 has tons of racing history with mulitple 1st place wins including the Edgartown race, NYYC Cruise, PHRF N.E Championships, Newport N.O.O.D. Regatta.
Won the Herreshoff Medal for overall performance award
Construction Details
The hull is laminated from unidirectional and biaxial 'S-Glass' skins, vacuum bagged over H-80 Divinycell crosslinked foam and AL-600 Baltek cores above the waterline, and H-80 and Airex foam below. There are high concentrations of unidirectional 'S-glass (in lieu of carbon fiber, along the hull backbone and bilge stringers. An intergrated gridwork of deep keel floors, partial bulkheads, longitudinals, and ring frames supports rig and keel loads, controls headstay tension, and prevents shell distortion.
The deck is a similar laminate of 'S-Glass' skins over the same H-80 Divinicell and AL-600 cores used in the hull. Unidirectional 'S-Glass' Reinforces deck stringers, which take the heavy compression loads from the headstay and backstay, and which are continuous from stem to stern. All laminates are vaccum bagged and post cured, and epoxy resins are used throughout.
Both T-42's Boast a ballast/displacement ratio of over 60%, and nearly half the ballast weight is carried inside the hull. Most of this inside ballast is carefully shaped to fit the hull and very heavily glassed in place, forming a 'lead core' beam supporting the mast step, and massive lead and glass 'backing plates' distributing the keel bolt and grounding loads over a large area of hull shell. This ballasting approach results not only in a remarkably robust structure, but also in a substantial speed advantage upwind, due to an unusually 'soft' motion in a seaway resulting from the low pitch moment of inertia. Also contributing to the high stability and low pitch moment are a very sophisticated four spreader Hallspar rigs. Located in Old Saybrook,
Connecticut.

Now for sale our newly refit 1984 Endeavour 40!!!!
Returning from the Bahamas. $79000
This is the perfect ICW, Bahamas and Caribbean cruiser with a 5 foot draft, efficient owners version rig, and extra large hatches for superb ventilation.
Why we love this boat:
The Endeavour 40 features the space and livability of a 50 foot boat in a 40 foot footprint. The dual master setup with en-suite heads provide separate living quarters for owners and guests. The heads are huge and feature excellent storage and space to shower.
The aft master features a full queen size bed, hanging locker and tons of shelf storage. The forward master V is king size and has a jack and Jill door to the head allowing full guest privacy.
In the salon, the dual facing couches double as sea berths and allow comfortable seating for 6. The dual leaf table is both functional and easy to stow after meal time. In addition, a proper forward facing nav station provides an excellent work space.
As a center cockpit boat, the Endeavour 40 has a massive engine room and adjacent workshop area that is great for tools.
On deck, the center cockpit provides seating for 6 and the full enclosure provides all weather protection. We love the wide, safe walk around side decks with high toe rails and stanchions. In a seaway it's easy to get around the boat safely.
The dinghy davits and Maxwell windlass make anchoring and exploring easy.

This custom Spronk catamaran was built by the legendary designer Peter Spronk in 1979, and then completely rebuilt in 2013 with every surface and every nut and bolt, and piece of equipment added new. Additional autopilot and salon curved plexiglass added in 2018. Spronks are some of the most beautiful ever built and also some of the fastest. In 2018 the boat was sailed open ocean all the way, from the BVI's to Marsh Harbour in the Abaco, 930 NM in 96 hours, with sails reefed and big seas the whole way. The slender hulls and low weight tells you why its so fast. The epoxy and Okume ply sandwich makes the boat super strong and stiff. Dockside there are three AC systems and electric heads in all three cabin suites. As of October 2020 the boat has been epoxy spray painted matching the original royal blue of the photos. It looks great. The boat is super clean and ready to go. A 2018 survey values the boat at over $800000 and is available for inspection. email me and I'll send current pictures with survey Located in Georgetown,

REDUCED. More than just lip service is being paid to the word "quality" by Cape Dory. You just won't find fine details on stock thirty footers such as you'll find on 2nd owner Gabbiano. For example, on deck there are, integrated into a central raised molding running fore and aft, two Plexiglas hatches. One serves the forward compartment and the other is located for good lighting and ventilation over the main cabin. There is a dorade box to Port and winch handle pocket on the mast. Coamings and toe rails are teak. The companionway hatch slide was replaced in 2014. Deck professionally repaired and painted in 2008.
All hardware is of top quality Spartan bronze, anodized aluminum or stainless steel, and standard equipment includes double lifelines, bow pulpit, stern rail, genoa gear, halyard winches, headsail winches, roller furlers for Yankee and Staysail, Garhauer main sheet traveler, two P.V.C. ventilators on stern.
Down below there is a galley aft with convertible dinette to port and a settee berth to starboard, which really makes the best conversational seating arrangement. The toilet compartment is located between the main cabin and the forward cabin, which sleeps two in the vee-berth with the Tufted Topper.
Lots of top grade wood coupled with beautiful joinery make this as close to a "no compromise" stock boat as you'll find on the market.
The same high quality molding techniques that Cape Dory is noted for is used in the construction. The Cape 30, ballasted with 4000 pounds of inside lead and driven by about 437 square feet of sail, gives lively performance and a nice turn of speed.

This boat is an excellent, well equipped, fast and comfortable yacht. The boat is a U.S. Coast Guard Documented vessel.
The current owner purchased the boat in 2014 and has been traveling the Caribbean islands with his family. This hard to find four cabin layout offers plenty of room for family, friends and/or crew. Each of the 4 cabins has room for 2 persons with double bunks in the two forward cabins and queen size bunks in the two aft. There are two heads, one port, one starboard, and these are accessible from the main saloon area, as well as privately from each of the aft cabins. For additional sleeping the table in the saloon drops down to make another large bed providing total sleeping accommodations for 10 persons.
The designer did a splendid job creating storage places throughout the boat. Personal items fit in a variety of spaces in the cabins and food, tool, or miscellaneous storage are abundant in the galley and saloon areas. The chart table has a lid that lifts to provide space for charts, log books and other important navigational items. In the cockpit the bench seating lifts to provide large dry storage for line, anchors, boat supplies, fuel tanks, snorkeling gear, or any other items that might be arranged to be there. Also in the cockpit a large deep storage locker under the starboard aft seat fits long and bulky items such as dingy oars, deck brushes, fenders and buckets. On the port side is a locker for the cooking gas tanks. The swim step also has large storage bins each side of the swim ladder. Up forward is a very large and deep locker accessible through a newly replaced hatch that can store just about anything form sails to suitcases.
The previous owner spent a year sailing up the Caribbean chain of islands while being outfitted for her trans Atlantic crossing.

Looking for something different?
Unique, custom built pocket cruiser, a 19 ft Piccaroon. Beam 8 ft, draft 3 ft, displacement 4,000 lbs. Volvo7 hp diesel. GPS chart plotter, compass, new ground tackle. Price U$ 7,800, which includes a custom cradle. Presently the cradle sits on a flatbed trailer, which could be purchased for an additional $ 2,500.
Some more notes for the interested sailor: There might be only a few to be found on the entire Great Lakes. Designed by Sam Rabl in the 1930s, built by Jamie Little in New Brunswick (est.) about 40 years ago. Cold molded, cedar strip planking. From the outside it looks like a fiberglass hull. The full keel design with a transom hung rudder will have a sea kindly motion. The large beam (8 ft) suggests a sturdy platform, yet she will take a breeze. She has benefited from a 3 year refurbishing project, done in covered boat shed, and is ready for the right steward to be looked after. She looks like a real little yacht inside, with lots of varnished woodwork. Sitting head room, two full-length berths, port side of the focs'l is for sail storage. Starboard side is newly installed small built in ice-box, fresh water tank with tap, even a one burner propane cooker and a fold able table. The large beam provides for a large cockpit with ample storage. As for over-nighting, she is really best suited for one person, or two if they really like each other a lot. There are stories on the web from folks who did extensive voyaging in that little yacht I dont know how but for that I admire them. Talk about a tiny home on the water! I had plans to use her for sailing lessons or training courses, but life got in the way and it never materialized. So this boat is an excellent boat for the beginning sailor. She might not be fast but certainly forgiving. Her rig is a headsail sloop with a hanked-on genoa, while a cutter sail could be added with not too much trouble, if so wanted. I mention the alu mast only because it was uncommon at the time of built to use those. Perhaps it was changed some time after building this sturdy little ve Located in Ontario,

UPDATE: Owners are moving out of state soon and we want the vessel to be in good hands before we go. We have reduced the asking price by 10%, to $116,000.
After years of cruising in the South Pacific, the owners of Second Wind are swallowing the anchor and are looking for someone to take the vessel back out to sea, where she belongs. This well-known Robert Perry design meets all challenges: she moves swiftly in light airs yet also stands up to the forces of the open ocean. With redundant systems and a variety of sail plans, she is ideally suited for long range offshore cruising. At the same time, the spacious salon and cockpit plus ample storage capacity provide gracious accommodations for living aboard. Second Wind is fully equipped for short-handed offshore cruising; just add is blue water!
Current survey valuation is $155,000 but owners are motivated for a quick sale.

Update- We lowered the price to $20,000(20k below value). We did this to avoid having to go back and spend time getting her show ready. She will be dirty and there are some items that need attention, but this is a huge value! We live in Puerto Rico and do not have time to go back. Its a big loss for us, but she needs a new owner.
Update- We have a couple of buyers who wanted to confirm the engine condition. Had the service perform an engine run on the hard. The result is the fuel pump needed to be replaced, the coolant circulating pump needs to be replaced and the 3rd injector needs to be replaced. Oil pressure is good(no leaks), crankshaft is good, transmission and shifter good, overall when these items are addressed, engine is good to go. Great Live-aboard and Coastal Cruiser! We need to sell since we have no time for her! Open to Offers! "Island Girl" has been meticulously maintained and upgraded through her life which is the most important factor in buying any boat. We looked for at many boats that were younger and she was the best! The surveyor said(one of the busiest in Miami) that this was the cleanest boat of this age he had ever surveyed.
We have to sell as we moved and need someone to continue the legacy of care she is used to!
There is a limit on how much I can add her, so contact me with any questions.
