30' Cal 9.2R
1983 Huntington New York 30 Cal 9.2R
Marina fees paid until May 1st. In a well-protected slip with a bubbler system. This boat was designed by Ron Holland and was originally built by Jeanneu, in France, but the design was licensed to Cal Yachts for this specific model. There are signs of its performance capabilities all over. Not many 30-footers have double spreaders. The aluminum mast extends through the deck and is keel-stepped. It's also hard to miss that the shrouds are solid, stainless steel rods- as opposed to wire used on most boats. It was almost exclusively used as a daysailer and was hauled out every winter. It was bottom painted last in 2019. The 11 gallon fuel tank was only filled twice in the last 30 years (very low hours). The Atomic (5411) diesel engine was serviced regularly and there is a brand new Oberdorfer pump on it. I have a video of it running if anybody wants to see it in action. The deck is closed-cell foam cored (instead of balsa), making it lighter and impervious to water damage and soft spots. The hull, keel, rudder and rigging are in great shape. There are no leaks or soft spots anywhere on the boat. The displays for the wind and multi instruments need replacement (the server and transducers are fine). The fuel tank holds 11 gallons; the fresh water tank holds 21. There are 2 double berths and 2 single berths, so it can sleep up to 6 people. The sails- main, jib and genoa, are in good shape. Tuff luff system for the headsails on main forestay. Adjustable (unattached in photos) baby stay, and adjustable backstay. All lines are led aft to the cockpit. Barient 10 winch on the mast. Barient 18 on each side of the coachroof. Barient 25, for jib/genoa, on each side of cockpit. Two jib/genoa tracks on each side. Red bimini is currently stored in quarter berth. 5 clutches. If I forgot to mention something, or if you want to see more photos or have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. And if you live in the area and want to take a look before making an offer, let's coordinate.

33.75' Jensen Marine CAL 2-34
1975 San Francisco California 33.75 Jensen Marine CAL 2-34
I am selling my extensively upgraded, meticulously cared for and loved EOS, a 1975 CAL 2-34, to prepare for a circumnavigation aboard a different boat. CAL boats are loved by their owners and inspire a loyal following. They sail fast in light to medium air and have solidly built hulls. Dedicated owners often brag about the various -and extensive- custom upgrades each has made to their boat. This boat is no exception. The previous owner, Fred, had begun the process of setting her up for a single-handed voyage from San Francisco to Hawaii. Her rigging was beefed up for offshore voyages, the engine upgraded, an in-boom furling mainsail system installed, and a self-steering windvane installed. Because Fred also owns a marine products company, this very boat was also used to demo some of his company's innovations. Those videos are still online. You have a chance to own a piece of that history. I purchased this boat with the goal of completing Fred's dream, and starting my own journey to Mexico and beyond. To do so meant a number of significant upgrades to the safety, comfort, and navigation systems of the boat, and spending far more money than the blue book value. Over 2 years, I have painstakingly overhauled, replaced, or upgraded every system on the boat. Most would not understand the time and money spent making these upgrades, but a CAL owner who wishes to cross an ocean would understand the beauty of single-handing this boat in safety and comfort. I have sailed EOS inside and outside the Bay extensively, and undertook a long coastal cruise to Mexico last October. Her next voyage should be across an ocean, and I am looking for a new owner who will complete this dream. It would be a shame to have her confined to day sailing, and a tragedy to have her used as a live-aboard. EOS is well recognized and often complemented at the marinas she visits. She shows pride of ownership and is well cared for. The vast improvements demonstrate that no expense was spared to have an ocean-ready boat. She will serve her new owner well for years to come.

30' cape dory cutter
1982 Long Beach MD Maryland 30 cape dory cutter
REDUCED. More than just lip service is being paid to the word "quality" by Cape Dory. You just won't find fine details on stock thirty footers such as you'll find on 2nd owner Gabbiano. For example, on deck there are, integrated into a central raised molding running fore and aft, two Plexiglas hatches. One serves the forward compartment and the other is located for good lighting and ventilation over the main cabin. There is a dorade box to Port and winch handle pocket on the mast. Coamings and toe rails are teak. The companionway hatch slide was replaced in 2014. Deck professionally repaired and painted in 2008. All hardware is of top quality Spartan bronze, anodized aluminum or stainless steel, and standard equipment includes double lifelines, bow pulpit, stern rail, genoa gear, halyard winches, headsail winches, roller furlers for Yankee and Staysail, Garhauer main sheet traveler, two P.V.C. ventilators on stern. Down below there is a galley aft with convertible dinette to port and a settee berth to starboard, which really makes the best conversational seating arrangement. The toilet compartment is located between the main cabin and the forward cabin, which sleeps two in the vee-berth with the Tufted Topper. Lots of top grade wood coupled with beautiful joinery make this as close to a "no compromise" stock boat as you'll find on the market. The same high quality molding techniques that Cape Dory is noted for is used in the construction. The Cape 30, ballasted with 4000 pounds of inside lead and driven by about 437 square feet of sail, gives lively performance and a nice turn of speed. Professional barrier coat

32' Westsail 32
1975 Southwest Florida Florida 32 Westsail 32
1975 Westsail 32 Sundowner For Sale - $39,500. Sundowner is a U.S. Coast Guard Documented Vessel. I purchased this Westsail 32 sight unseen. Sundowner had a total refit done within the last 8 years. A detailed list of its equipment is presented below. The engine had not been run for nearly 18 months. Before starting the engine I had the bottom cleaned, including the prop and the intakes. I installed a new tiller. I had a certified diesel mechanic check out the engine before starting it. I purchased a new deep cycle marine starter battery. The mechanic determined that the battery switch was defective. The mechanic checked the oil level and fuel supply and inspected and replaced the raw water impeller. The mechanic verified that the raw water lines and the exhaust were clear. The mechanic then started the engine. It fired up instantly and ran smoothly. We let it run for several minutes to make sure that it would not overheat. The engine started and ran like new, as it should with only 300 hours on it. The next day a Captain and I motored the Sundowner 4 hours to the boatyard. It operated perfectly. We had it hauled out and had the hull pressure washed. The boat is currently on the hard at the boatyard ready for new bottom paint and bright work topside.

1981 Saint Leonard Maryland 20 Pacific Seacraft Flicka
The world's most famous and well-traveled 20-foot cruising sailboat, the Flicka has sailed every ocean and circumnavigated the globe. A full-keel design drawn by Bruce Bingham, she offers four berths and standing headroom in a stout, sea-kindly package. Built to exacting standards by Pacific Seacraft, she will take you any place you wish to sail. The design is a recreational keelboat, built predominantly of fiberglass, with wood trim. It has a cutter rig with a bowsprit, a slightly spooned plumb stem, an over-vertical transom, a keel-mounted rudder controlled by a tiller and a fixed long keel. The fuel tank holds 12 U.S. gallons (45 L; 10.0 imp gal) and the fresh water tank has a capacity of 20 U.S. gallons (76 L; 17 imp gal).4 Accommodation includes a forward "V"-berth a galley situated amidships, with a hinged table and an icebox. There is an enclosed head. The cabin has teak trim and a holly sole, plus standing headroom.4 Perfect for the Chesapeake, live-aboard (for one person!) or the Caribbean. I love this boat dearly, as I took my two younger kids out on it for their first sailing experiences. We just need a bigger boat. The hull is built like a tank and can weather almost anything. I had the inboard taken out for additional space and have been using an outboard which was more than sufficient to get it in and out of the marina.

42' Westsail Westsail 42
1976 Caribbean Outside United States 42 Westsail Westsail 42
The main photo is a shot from the start of the Marion-Bermuda Race, with owner and famous US newscaster, Walter Cronkite at the helm! The Westsail company custom built this 42 for Walter, and by the particular details and superb joinerwork, they did a very good job. These boats have a habit of wandering afar, uand perhaps Fiona, owned by Eric Forsythe, is the best testament of their potential with over 250,000 logged miles on Fiona and Eric still moving around the globe and at over 85 years old! (see YouTube to visit the boat doing some of the chilly voyages, like Northwest Passage, Cape Horn, and everything in between). Definitely the Land Rover of the Sea. As well as being an ultimate safe offshore vessel, the 42 is very comfortable in port. With the pilothouse arrangement, the galley and dining table are at eye level to see out thru the large bronze ports. This particular hull might be the only one with the mid port opening, allowing great ventilation. Another desirable feature is the nav/office area between the the galley and aft cabin...with fold out seat and big prism over the table. Also, the engine room has 2 prisms for day natural lite. After Walters ownership, the boat was donated to the Naval Academy, and then on to private ownership. In the past 7 years she has become a new boat, except for the brass builder's plaque. New equipment throughout from engine and engine room design, all new painting and varnishing, new cushions, rigging, chainplates, toilettes, hull Awlgrip deck repainting, new SS tanks, refrigeration and because Walter, she has the only teak cockpit. The rig is now a cutter the chainpates etc are still there for the yawl rig...however the mizzen consumes the aft deck and for that reason it was removed....The price has been reduced from $85,000 to $69,500 until the end of December The Westsail 42 has the little ship feeling with the proper bulwarks, planked bowsprit, and very sociably sized cockpit. It is a great live-aboard at harbor or, in case of this boat, she has had details modified for high latitude sailing,

30' Cape Dory 30
1985 New Bedford Massachusetts 30 Cape Dory 30
This 1985 Cape Dory 30 is a beauty. Her brightwork is lovely and in very nice condition (see photos) and the deck is impressive having been refinished. The teak interior is beautiful throughout and the cushions are in good condition. She has been treated to lots of goodies such as an electric windlass (on a thirty foot boat!), battery charger, solar panel, and pressurized water making her a wonderful little cruising boat. She was built as a cutter but was converted to a sloop by her previous owner. As for performance, the Cape Dorys in this category arent noted for their speed. However, the cutter version gets the highest marks with a flattering 207 PHRF rating. Take a moment to browse through the specifications and photos you will be impressed. The main cabin has settees which double as berths along either side. There are shelves above and outboard of each settee. Headroom on centerline in the main cabin is just over 6′, with slightly less further forward. Main cabin ventilation is good, with four opening ports excellent bronze Spartan ports and an overhead Bomar hatch. A table folds down from the forward main bulkhead it can seat four. 29' Crosby Wianno Senior
1948 Lake Worth Beach Florida 29 Crosby Wianno Senior
Wianno Senior built by Crosby in 1948. These classic wooden boats are still raced in Cape Cod (JFK raced them too), but this was modified from the original 25'. In about 2007 the boat had its stern extended into a beautiful overhang. An outboard motor well was added. The original transom remains forward of the extension. The deck was redone in teak and a bow spirit and a hatch were added. Two big winches were added along with a self tacking cutter rig jib with a job boom. The mahogany hull was covered in fiberglass. Currently the deck needs work especially in the forward portion. The hull is probably good, but the mast may needs repair. The lines of this boat are hard to match. The trailer pictured is available for an additional $900. It has 4 new tires.

49' Spronk Custom 49
1979 Georgetown Maryland Maryland 49 Spronk Custom 49
This custom Spronk catamaran was built by the legendary designer Peter Spronk in 1979, and then completely rebuilt in 2013 with every surface and every nut and bolt, and piece of equipment added new. Additional autopilot and salon curved plexiglass added in 2018. Spronks are some of the most beautiful ever built and also some of the fastest. In 2018 the boat was sailed open ocean all the way, from the BVI's to Marsh Harbour in the Abaco, 930 NM in 96 hours, with sails reefed and big seas the whole way. The slender hulls and low weight tells you why its so fast. The epoxy and Okume ply sandwich makes the boat super strong and stiff. Dockside there are three AC systems and electric heads in all three cabin suites. As of October 2020 the boat has been epoxy spray painted matching the original royal blue of the photos. It looks great. The boat is super clean and ready to go. A 2018 survey values the boat at over $800000 and is available for inspection. email me and I'll send current pictures with survey

30' Ta Shing Baba 30
1986 Point Judith Rhode Island 30 Ta Shing Baba 30
October update! Hull surveyed this month and found rock solid by SAMS surveyor. Just installed new Lifeline AGM starting battery, and tested radar and windlass today working perfectly. new duramax cutlass bearing, new dripless PSS stuffingbox, shaft and coupling tuned, prop balanced, zinks replaced, new exhaust hoses, new stainless steel exhaust elbow and exhaust pipe, many other hoses replaced. New fuel tank installed. Glass decks, new windlass, yanmar engine, chart plotter, radar, full batten mainsail... 1986 Baba 30 built at the famous Ta Shing boatyard. This boat is among the last few (of the 170 total) Baba 30s made making her the newest baba 30 on the market today and in my opinion the nicest and best rigged. This go anywhere sailboat has spent all her days in the new england area used very lighty. I have owned and improved her over the past 7 years. I am only selling because my family has doubled in size and now i want the Baba 40. Last summer we took her on our longest voyage; from Rhode Island, out around Nantucket and up to Maine. We could not have been any happier with her sailing characteristic and comfort of ride. She heaves too like a dream with double reefed main and a backed staysail. Without towing that inflatable dinghy behind her we were really suprised how well she pointed into the wind and how fast she she actually sails for 30 boat with 25 LWL and nearly 13,000lb displacement. When all three originally sized sails are out in around 15kts, lock the wheel, take a shower, make a sandwich, and come back to the helm, she is sailing straight as an arrow. Though sails have been upgraded, the original dimensions have not been altered so as to not interfere with the designed balance of the rig. We purchased this boat with intent of long distance cruising in mind. Now that she is finally rigged and ready to go (two kids latter) I need a bigger Baba!

34' S2 10.3
1984 Mobile Yacht Club Alabama 34 S2 10.3
This S-2 is a great combination of a cruising boat which is fun to race also. Her 4' 11" keel goes to weather in a race great but also allows for cruising in those shallow gunk-hole areas. With a full compliment of racing and cruising sails and air-conditioning this one is nothing but fun and ready to go. She was bottom painted in March 2019 with a pressure wash in May 2020 for the racing season with new zinc replacement. Rod rigging was also inspected in February of 2020.

33' Hunter 33.5
1992 North Kingstown Rhode Island 33 Hunter 33.5
This Hunter is such a lovely cruiser. Cloud 10 is perfectly set up for cruising around coastal waters. It is a great size to take out with family or a group of friends for the day or for the weekend. The walk-through transom makes it super easy to load gear and kids and dogs from a dinghy. I have also found it really fun and easy to single-hand because of the solid auto-helm and most lines being led back to the cockpit. In 2011, there was a new Yanmar diesel engine installed making it reliable and easy to to operate under power. It has been kept clean and has had consistent maintenance over the last three years. Above all, this boat is just so much fun to sail. She is in the water right now and will be until right around Thanksgiving, so come take her for a spin with me. I am happy to entertain reasonable offers so please get in touch.

57' Lagoon Lagoon 570
2004 Panama Outside United States 57 Lagoon Lagoon 570
Aldebaran is a classic Lagoon 570 ocean cruising catamaran, featuring long, slick hulls for added performance and stability. Built to a very high specification at Construction Navale Bordeaux, France, leaders in composite materials manufacturing, the hulls are of multidirectional fiberglass fabrics with carbon reinforcement structures in high load and pressure areas. The internal structural component is balsa-core and vacuum bagged laminate with vinylester resin used throughout the process. Designed for performance and strongly built it has lots of space inside and outside providing pleasant and safe sailing. Сabins are comfortable, having en suite bathrooms and private closets. The interior has a gorgeous wood finish, giving a feeling of solidness and warmth. The boat was through a major refit in 2014-2018 which included for instance the following: - installation of the new rigging with carbon custom made twisting mast, new Incidences sails - Raymarine radar and navigation system, - new set of batteries - Victron energy inverter/charger and additional Dolphin charger - Harsonic ultrasonic anti fouling system - Yanmar engines overhaul including pumps and alternators replacement - 2Watt&Sea hydro generators installation - New rudder bearings - lots of work on steering, electrical and plumbing systems. The boat was in Grenada Marine dry dock, splashed in 2018, did an extensive cruising around Caribbean. All major systems checked and proved workable. New sails and rigging enabled to easily reach 7-8 knt of speed with 10-15 knt wind and 10knt in 15-20knt wind conditions. She is easy to handle moving extremely smoothly and efficiently upwind and surfing downwind. In terms of performance/comfort ratio this boat is hard to beat representing a unique opportunity for leisure or offshore cruising. She is a shallow draft cruising ketch specifically designed for the shallow waters. Her leeboard design allows for a spacious cabin below with full headroom. She is forty-seven feet in length with a draft of less than three feet. The designs of L. F. Herreshoff are highly regarded by connoisseurs of classic yachts. They are marked by clean, graceful, sweeping lines and simplicity of hull and rig that demonstrate the work of a true artist. Lucirnaga is an incredible ketch, so low draft that she can cross the livingstone bar without waiting for the tide. her two masts allow you to sail at great speed without excessive pitch or list and even for a single person alone. She is in excellent condition, as she has been carefully cared for all this time that I have been her owner. In addition, between 2019 and 2020 a complete hull, masts and deck renovation work has been carried out (rudder included). Her Perkins 4.154 and the Northern Light 6kw generator fully renewed. Her sails, rigging and sailing equipment are impeccable. She is ready to start the march to Belize, Mexico, Roatn or Cuba, only a few days distant from Ro Dulce. And if you plan to go with several crew, don't worry because she has enough space: 2 independent cabins, two bathrooms, a large saloon and the cockpit with a closed bimini that creates an additional cabin. Lucirnaga also has a dinghy with a Yamaha 20Hp 4-stroke engine, practically new.

1963 Taylor Built Lapworth L-36 for sale by owner - $1600 Beloved 1963 L-36 Veleda built in Vancouver, BC looking for a new family to create memories with. After being in our family for generations, Veleda is looking for a new home. She is currently moored at Shilshole outside of Seattle. She needs someone to see her beauty and be willing to dedicate some time to restoring her former glory. She is a quick, sleek sailboat and my family has many memories of sailing the Puget Sound and beyond. Shes absolutely stunning with a space conscious layout out. Our girls had many sleepover parties on Veledaand she can truly sleep 6-8 people with a full galley. She was built to go many placesbut like all wood boats, they need more maintenance than we can keep up with right now. The right home is more important than the money. She needs immediate repair and her motor is inoperable. However, if she appeals to you and you have the resources, if there is a will, we will find a way. Would love to see her sail again. Could be a great liveaboard! Feel free to make an offer--most important thing is that you are serious and have means to take over boat.

56' 1934 Pilothouse Motorsailer William Hand Jr
** THE ORIGINAL LISTING AGENT IS JOHN KAISER of Yacht View Brokerage ** Description: GUILDIVE has had an impressive history starting with her build on Coney Island, NY at the Wheeler Shipyard in 1934, originally given the name RESTLESS. She was built to William Hand Jr.'s design who is recognized as one of the most respected yacht designer of the 20th century. She was first under the ownership of a well known politician and businessman from Long Island. She spent much of her early life in the waters of Long Island, New York Harbor, and New Jersey. After a few owners she was taken into the WWII coastal picket force and used as a patrol vessel along the New Jersey and Long Island shores. A few pieces from that time are still shown on the boat. She returned to private ownership and was taken to Marblehead. After her time in New England she was sold and brought to the Caribbean. The owners were one of the first people in the Caribbean to offer charters in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Many of her past guests and crew still remember her down there. Sold in 1980, an extensive 8 year refit in Puerto Rico was completed and they continued to own her for a total of 30 years. The vessel, at that time, cruised the coast of the United States and Canada and was well outfitted for cruising and double handed sailing. Presently GUILDIVE is used as a day and overnight charter business along the east coast ranging from the Chesapeake Bay to the Penobscot Bay, Maine. **** MANY MORE PICTURES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST ** Specs: Boat Name: GUILDIVE Builder: Wheeler Shipyard, Brooklyn NY 1934 Designer: William Hand and R.O. A note on buying and selling safely:
Anytime you buy or sell on the Internet, due to the geographic reach of the ads, be careful of fraud.

It has recently come to our attention that at least one seller has received a scam e-mail offer in which the buyer offered to overpay for the boat and then requests a check for the difference in return - what has come to be known as a classic "Nigeria" scam.

Requests to overpay for the boat and have excess money returned or given to a shipping company are most likely fraudulent -- never do this without consulting with your bank first.

Please always use caution and your best judgment if presented with a deal which doesn't seem logical, and be sure to talk with your bank to be sure all checks and transactions have been completed, cleared, and verified before releasing any property. Be especially careful of any transactions from overseas where such transactions might be reversed after some time due to fraud.

  • Never give your password to anyone. SailboatListings.com will never ask for your password. Any such request is an attempt at phishing.
  • Be careful of buyers or sellers using free email addresses (hotmail, yahoo, etc.)
  • Contact the buyer or seller by (non-cell) phone as well as online to help confirm their identity.
  • If a boat is not where it says it is, this is a strong indication of fraud.
  • After discussing the details, have the boat surveyed and arrange to see the boat before any money changes hands.
