SOLD. Not sure how to remove the ad.
Price Reduction: $8,500 Very well built and fun to sail, with a spacious cabin and cockpit. Makes for a great first boat for learning and weekending on. Would also be a good boat for one or two people to liveaboard/get-away.
The slip rental is transferrable, you will just need to contact the marina to set this up. Big plus as marinas in our area are full.
Do a search for "morgan 321 sailboat" and you can read about the boats qualities.
Sleeps 6, with two cabins and two settees (couches). One head (bathroom).
Needs a little TLC...nothing major. Not a "fixer-upper".
We almost completely re-wired the AC and DC electrical on the boat. It is wired and "plumbed" for air conditioning but the current unit failed due to lack of dredging (sucked up mud) at our marina.
Upgrades we had planned to do: - Needs a new jib, the current one just ripped, but otherwise ready to sail as we currently use it for our sailing school. A new jib has been quoted around $1200-1400 or you can purchase a used one for about $400 to $800 to last you a couple years.
- We bought new red paint to repaint the topsides (outer hull) but have not had time.
- The bottom will need to be re-painted.
- As you can see in the interior photos, we planned to replace the carpet, but have decided to let the new owners choose their color. New carpet runs about $150. The template is shown in the photos.
