23.33' Beneteau 235

A fantastic racer/cruiser whose design was ahead of its time and that still turns heads. She performs extremely well under sail or motor, while providing plenty of space and amenities below, including an enclosed head and proper galley. Foreword is hull #243 and sports the shallow-draft wing keel. The boat has been undergoing a refit while we enjoyed daysailing her on an inland lake In Wisconsin. We've spent time improving the rigging, repainting the bottom, doing a few small fiberglass and gelcoat repairs, and servicing the outboard every year. While there are always more projects to do, she is ready to sail and looking for her next owner.

Vetus flexible fresh water tank
Electric water pump installed
Higher powered water pump (not yet installed)
Head replaced within the last 10 years

New custom wood companionway drop boards: one set is solid wood with vents, the other has screens.
All cushions in the main and back cabin are in good condition
Headliner replacement is 80% finished: edges need to be trimmed and attached
