Beautiful boat! Flag Blue AWL Grip with dual white boot stripes professionally sprayed in 2009 Toast Sunbrella canvas, very classic look. Hauled out and new bottom job with Interlux Micron CSC paint March of 2024. Cleaned professionally every month by a dive company. Equipment: Perkins 4-108 50hp diesel and harness w/gauge panel, new in 2009 from Trans-Atlantic Diesels, approximately 800 hours. New Borg Warner water cooled hydraulic transmission, also from TAD, installed 2022 with 80 Hrs runtime- a major upgrade to all Pearson 365s as the old Paragon gear box is completely obsolete, no parts available and a known weak point in the safety and reliability of the vessel. Runs perfectly. 50-gallon fuel tank. New standing rigging 2009 Zern Rigging in Pensacola Florida, larger than factory build parts (renowned quality rigger), running rigging 2021. All stainless safety lines 2009 with two pelican clip gates port and starboard at cockpit. Coastal cruiser with 4ft 6in shallow draft, modified full keel and skeg mounted rudder. Keel stepped main mast and a deck stepped mizzen mast. 46-foot vertical bridge clearance fits under most intracoastal bridges. All sails in excellent condition, replaced since 2009. 100% roller furled genoa, Sunbrella head sail protection, full batten and two reefing point main sail, plus mizzen sail. Includes asymmetrical spinnaker and turtle bag (never flown). Rig includes Forespar whisker poll. All sail covers are made with Sunbrella marine fabric.
