Condition of boat is excellent.

Exterior and interior of boat completely refurbished to factory new conditions at Marshalls boatyard, the original builder, in 2003.

All teak trim woodwork finished with Cetol in excellent condition, maintained annually
Sail & battens in good condition and kept under sail cover when not in use.
Sail is washed with fresh water annually before winter storage.

Hull and topsides fiberglass structure in good structural condition

Cockpit structures completely replaced in 2003 with new at Marshall Marine factory.
Factory installation of:
New fiberglass factory-made cockpit coaming with teak trim
New fiberglass-covered marine-ply self-draining cockpit floor with removable drain plugs to centerboard trunk (Drainage of cockpit is excellent with no water ending up in bilge)
New cockpit seating benches. Teak trim

New Mast 2010 including new stainless-steel boom gooseneck with anti-corrosion sleeve
New Harken mainsheet system 2010. New peak halyard 2012. New Lazy jacks lines 2018
All running rigging in very good condition. Lewmar double rope clutch for main & peak halyards
Original Boom and Gaff both in good condition

Centerboard operating line and hardware in good condition. New centerboard installed in 2023. Original lead ballast in bilge.

Jiffy reefing system installed on boom. Reefing lines and snap shackles in all good condition.

Two Cockpit seat cushions in fair condition. Two interior bunk mattresses in good condition

Rudder pintles and gudgeons in good condition. Rudder secured from swinging with lines in cockpit whilst not in use. Bronze steps on rudder and transom (very useful steps).

Compass on folding-leaf table in cabin. Anchor with line and chain with anchor storage clips on foredeck. Portable bilge pump, telescopic boat hook and minimal tool kit in cabin. Docklines and new life jackets in cockpit under seats.

8hp Johnson 2-cycle outboard on hinged transom bracket. Engine old but mechanic maintained annually and still runs well. Comes with two Moeller 3-gallon portable fuel tanks.
