Description:
2005 Hunter 146. A fun and forgiving boat to sail! Our situation just makes it too hard to launch and use, so we've reluctantly decided to sell her.

She draws 6" with the centerboard up, 3 feet with it down. The mast can be easily stepped by a single person.

I've made several improvements:
- Installed a boom kicker to keep the boom from dropping to the deck when lowering or reefing the main
- Added a breakaway jam cleat to the articulating rudder to avoid damage in case it hits something.
- Bought a wind vane which I haven't installed
- Fitted a spare tire to the trailer
- Bought a new mainsail cover

Boat includes:
- Roller furling jib
- Mainsail that can be reefed
- Engine mount (no engine)
- Articulating rudder
I'm including:
- Two fenders
- Paddle
- Box of random rigging parts
- All strapping needed to trailer her
- Frame and cover for winter storage
- Trailer (LoadRite 14F1000WT)
- Dolly to haul boat onto a beach

The mainsail has been patched in a few places, but is perfectly functional. I did buy a new sail cover (which is included), planning to also replace the mainsail itself, but didn't get there.

Hunter used thermoplastic for the hull of this model, which is known to crack. She does have a few cracks, which have been repaired using the recommended Plexus Structural Adhesive.
