Currently on a morning in Stonington Harbor, Connecticut can be easily single-handed by an experience sailor as it is a very powerful coastal cruiser with a 3 foot 9 draft with the board up almost 8 feet with board fully down.
Hull has been taken down to bare any faults found were repaired
The deck has a couple of soft spots but nothing out of hand
Rudder rebuilt
Standing rigging has been professionally replaced
Running rigging likewise
Forespar dinghy motor lift and fore deck spar
3 burner propane gimbaled stove / oven
All interior lights led
New solar setup panel / controller

The boat comes with all the little things that you would need to do.
They've already been done diesel engine yeah a few years old will purr for years, hot and cold water system, pressure, cockpit, shower, smelly sewage tank, and assorted plumbing all has been removed to the benefit of all with a Small camp type portable unit replacing it.
Yes, there are a few things that need to be done and know the boat is not perfect. It could use a paint job. The sales have just come from the sail maker. The maine is probably quite old, but still pulls nicely. The Genoa has been upgraded.on Harken roller
