1981 Capri 25 - Well regarded as a solid sailing vessel. Comfortable for days or weekender trailer sailor. Encourage you to Google if you are unfamiliar.
Comes with a trailer in good shape. For any long pulls, I would set up new tires. They have tread but are over five years old. Also lights are not working. I just use magnetic mount - I don't dunk/dip the trailer but she's set up for a deep water launch.
Nissan Marine 6hp four stroke - reliable.
Very crisp working mainsail, newer furling 155 with foam luff setup. AND great set of Quantum race sails included. They're a great club racing set.
She's currently on the water in the Great Salt Lake and coming out of winter storage, but if you're serious, we can work in a sea trial.
We use a crane to load her. Two days are in the coming month (we co-op the crane and have to bring one in for the day).
Typical "lots of extra's". VHF, fenders, etc...
Bottom line is I have too many boats and she needs to be re-homed. She's great and needs to be sailed, not live on a trailer while we wait for the Great Salt Lake water levels to come back up. Thus, a great entry price! |
