Got a great deal on a new boat, want to pay it forward to someone with a great deal on this boat!

Highly sought after, classic design. Solid boat. Great racer. Needs some work: call for details.

Nine sails, all in good condition, will transfer with boat (each worth hundreds of $):

Exterior pics are from last haul out for bottom job (due for another this season). Hull and keel were sound with no bubbling at last haul out.

30 HP Atomic 4 (freshwater cooled) inboard engine in running condition with fuel filter replaced March 2016.

Interior layout:

Quarter birth runs under cockpit to port of companion way.

Galley with alcohol stove (2 burner) and huge ice box to starboard of companion way. Sink with foot pump.

Salon with two settees on either side of flip down table (larger settee pulls out into double birth).

Flushable head with sink.

Spacious v-birth can sleep two adults.
