Description:
This is well well maintained Com Pac 16, with a great sail inventory and many extras. I have maintained the boat very well witch has allowed me many of great sail days. This is a great beginner boat or for the experienced sailer. The boat is set up to single hand, overnight, and set up alone. All lines lead to the cockpit. This 16 has the bow sprite, and is very solid. No soft spots.
The trailer is also included. Tilt trailer with spare tire. This trailer was used twice a year. The trailer is in excellent shape with an extension bar ! The trailer has a New Jersey registration and the boat has a clear title. I will also include the hitch lock.

Equipment:
there are many items that come with this boat. 5 sails, Main with reef points, drifter, 135$, 110% head sails and a storm jib. All sails are in very good shape, all but the storm jib are tan bark in color. ( to cut down on glare) Tiller and sail covers. All riging and sheets are in great shape.4.5 eniverode motor. foil rudder ,swim ladder , tiller clutch, posts for auto tiller, wiring for chart plotter, gas tank, lots of dock lines, 4 life jackets, battery with solar charger, 3 port 12 vdc power outlet, all light and electrical in great shape, bunk cushions , paddle, hook, plow and danforth anchors, down haul device, fresh bottom paint and half a gallon, compass, sail bags, chart , new teak hatches, all teak redo last year,2 fenders, books, manual, extra snap claps for sheets,saftey items,
