We have owned this wonderful boat for several years and have gotten so much fun out of it. When we bought the boat we retrofitted the entire boat so that it was ready for cross ocean trips to the channel islands. This boat is 100% ready to hit the islands for a weekend. It has all the equipment and safety measures to make for a great fun family boat.
I am prior Coast Guard and set the boat up so that it met all the USCG requirements.
The boat has been rewired bow to stern and has all LED inside, nav and anchor lights. I outfitted the boat so that she is ready for anything whether it be a weekend trip to the Channel Islands or spending a day on bay. With her retractable dagger board, she is perfect for pulling up to a beach in one of the bays so that you can set up on the beach and have your boat sitting there with all your amenities right there. For 4th July we often have pulled the boat up to Glorieta Bay beach next to all the speed boats spent the day sailing, hanging on the beach and after the fireworks just push off from shore and sleep aboard this great boat. (best days ever those)
We are very, very sad to see her go and look forward to passing the fun onto the next family who will enjoy her.
